 Great accommodation with a great location in a beautiful area. The owners were very helpful, the room clean, cozy and fully equipped. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED, AVOID THE HOTEL ....The hotel is badly secured, there are wolfdogs, owners breed dogs on its premises, this breed is very territorial and dogs defend very aggressive their territory, so it is not suitable for a hotel with people. My wife and dog have been ATTACKED and BITTEN by one of the owners' dogs. Obviously the case was dropped by the police and the owners, but it will be brought to court soon due to the damage to my wife. // NIE POLECAM, NA TERENIE HOTELU ZNAJDUJĄ SIĘ BARDZO AGRESYWNE WILCZAKI CZECHOSLOWACIE PRZEZ KTÓRE MOJA ŻONA ZOSTAŁA POGRYZIONA !! TE PSY ATAKUJĄ LUDZI !!

We leave the hotel, but hotel was booked from booking, so it has been payed automatically :) you canceled our visit, so we can not leave a feedback on booking site :) you are clever and unfortunately lier here. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL !!! they don't control their dogs, this place is DANGEROUS. Certainly my dog's bite is not my first own dog bite. after the incident, the owner went for a walk with the dogs, not calling for anything. AVOID THIS HOTEL !!

-excellent kitchen: incredible breakfasts and even more incredible dinners, quite often very close to what some people call gourmet cuisine. Simply astonishing.
-excellent people: hospitality of Svetlana and Pavel, their dedication, never stopping on their way to excellence in everything they are doing; their company was always appreciated; thank you for everything!
-excellent location, both in summer and in winter, close to slopes of Harrachov – but also close to cross country ski Mecca in Jizerka and Jakuszyce.
One of the best pensions I have ever visited. Perhaps the best one. If I am here again, I will not search any more: coming back to Penzion Kaiser is like visiting the old, good friends.
