M	Miroslav Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem volal do penzionu s prosbou o informace ohledně ceny ubytování a možnosti ubytování tří osob, paní na telefonu sdělila cenu a potvrdila, že má tři volná místa...za 5 minut jsem volal znovu, že bychom se tedy ubytovali a jestli by byla možnost zaplavat si v bazénu, který jsem viděl na fotografiích na webu... paní odpověděla, že bazén je pouze pro ubytované, což jsem nepochopil, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme se před 5ti minutami bavili o ubytování pro tři osoby,tak jsem se znovu připomněl, že se chceme ubytovat a paní jenom odvětila, že nemají místo ...tohle jsem vážně nepochopil...a ještě drobný detail, působilo by mnohem více profesionálně,kdyby měli linku,kde by se představovali jako "penzion Křineč" a ne osobním jménem,v první chvíli mě to trochu zaskočilo a nevěděl jsem,zda jsem se vůbec dovolal na správné místo...
