★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not enjoy our stay at Pension Krumlov. The parking in NOT free. The location is good and the room is clean enough but the place did not have the quaint homy feel that the website illustrates. Basically staff works from 9-6 downstairs and they sell from their store at the same time and the owners are nowhere in sight. We had a lot of trouble communicating with staff. We had a car which was difficult and understanding where the parking was and the cost for parking was not made clear. Felt that there was not much effort to help us out and we ended up up paying the Pension 42$ for 2 nights of parking. I had to argue it, but we were told it had to be cash. It just was not the experience we were hoping for for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it takes 10 mins to walk to the old town, this hotel is clean and cozy, providing easy but delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the cake and apple strudel. Having a luggage lift is definitely a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value stay. Rooms, bathroom, etc was all clean and the facilities modern. Location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Town center - bit out of the way but not a big deal. Breakfast buffet is solid and has standard options - teas, coffee, fruit, cold meat and cheeses, eggs ('over easy' style) and sausage, cereals. Coffee and tea is available 24/7 as well. No complaints although the check in staff was a little brusque. Not super fancy, but very well polished and quaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are really comfortable. They offer breakfast only but the hotel’s large dining room can be used anytime. Coffee and tea for free on self-service basis. The staff is nice. Perfect wifi in each corner of the hotel. It’s good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here 2 nights in January 2020. I found its location to be just right for me, far enough away from the din of the old town area, but not too far to easily reach by foot. I enjoyed my 10-15 minute strolls to and from old town and the castle. It was also an easy walk to the bus station. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the room was very comfortable. Nothing fancy but cozy. As a bonus (compared to larger hotels), the windows opened to let in fresh air, which I enjoyed. Breakfast was pretty good considering the low cost and, again, it was all super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I didn't have a car, I noticed the free parking out front (14 spaces). One thing I also appreciated was that the hotel was fairly close to Křížová Hora, a little chapel high up on a hill overlooking the town. Touring this chapel and walking the grounds in the area was probably my highlight of the trip. Great views, peaceful, and a real sense of serenity. I highly recommend this hotel and the trip to Křížová Hora.

Friendly hosts, English speakers, good breakfast included, coffee and tea free.
The receptionist offered a trip map of sorroundings, with very helpful recommendations for Italian and international restaurants.
10 minutes walking to center of medieval town of Cesky Krumlov.
Definitely will come back. Warm recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly hosts, quiet, clean and cosy rooms, good breakfast. 10 minutes walk from the city center, 5 min from the bus station, spacious parking. Perfect for families with kids. We stayed here in 2010, 2022 and hope to come again soon.
