★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meli jsme rezervovany pokoj. V den odjezdu nam onemocnela dcera, pres booking jsem byla seznamena se storno poplatkem. Pan majitel me prijemne prekvapil. Storno nepozadoval, prestoze byl v plne v pravu. Dekuji! Jiz velmi zridka najdete “lidsky” pristup. Zde ocividne nechybi! Rozhodne prijedeme!
We had a reserved room. On the day of departure my daughter got sick, I was informed about the cancellation fee via booking. Mr. owner surprised me. He did not ask for cancellation, though he was in full right. Thank you! Very rarely you will find a "human" approach. Obviously not missing here! We definitely will!
