G	Giulia Culletta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pensione è di aspetto accogliente e in ottima posizione per visitare Loket. Colazione abbondante. C'è un piccolo parcheggio gratuito di fronte, altrimenti un altro grande più lontano. Non c'è cambio di asciugamani tra una notte e l'altra e la camera non è fornita di asciugacapelli. Quello che mi ha lasciato molto perplessa è che nessuno del personale parla inglese e non accettano carte di credito ma solo contanti, che secondo me nel 2021 non è assolutamente accettabile! Inoltre lo scarico della doccia era intasato, ma non avrei saputo come dirlo alle signore della reception dato che una conversazione in inglese non era possibile. The guesthouse is welcoming in appearance and in a great location for visiting Loket. Abundant breakfast. There is a small free car park opposite, otherwise another large one further away. There is no change of towels between one night and another and the room does not have a hairdryer. What has left me very perplexed is that none of the staff speak English and they do not accept credit cards but only cash, which in my opinion in 2021 is absolutely not acceptable! Also the shower drain was clogged but I would not have known how to tell the ladies at the reception as a conversation in English was not possible.
K	Květoslava Kraftová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtělo by trochu doladit ubytování - na co pověsit ručníky a kam si dát ve sprše sprchový gel i kontrolu čistoty ledničky,oken,plísně v koupelnovém odsávání, pomalého odtoku ve sprše. Jsou to drobnosti, ale zbytečně to kazí dojem ze zajímávě restaurováného pensiónu s pěkným výhledem na hrad Loket i splav řeky Ohře. Majitel se snažil vyhovět a odstranit závadu, případně vyměnit pokoj. Tímto děkujeme. Stačilo před otevřením provést důkladnější kontrolu pokojů.Možná si majitel už nevzpomíná, že v naší přítomnosti čistil velmi zanešený odvětrávací filtr v koupelně během našeho přesouvání do jiného pokoje. Obě jsme měly nepříjemné dýchací obtíže, proto jsme uvítaly přesun do jiného pokoje kde se nám ulevilo. Každý člověk nemusí mít alergii na plíseň já ano a tak ji poznám. Věřím, že vyčištění filtru určitě pomohlo a pouhá desinfekce čistotu nenahradí. These are small things, but it unnecessarily spoils the impression of an interestingly restored pension with a nice view of Loket Castle and the rafting of the Ohře River. The owner tried to comply and eliminate the defect, or replace the room. Thank you. It was enough to perform a more thorough inspection of the rooms before opening. Perhaps the owner no longer remembers that in our presence he cleaned a very clogged ventilation filter in the bathroom during our move to another room. We both had unpleasant breathing difficulties, so we welcomed moving to another room where we were relieved. Not everyone has an allergy to mold, so I know it. I believe that cleaning the filter has definitely helped and mere disinfection will not replace cleanliness.

Jinak moc pěkný, čistý pokoj, žádný hluk od sousedů, kousek na náměstí, určitě můžeme doporučit. Low-equipped kitchenette (not one deep plate, 1 bowl for children for flakes for breakfast, etc.). Otherwise very nice, clean room, no noise from neighbors, a short walk in the square, we can definitely recommend.

Nachdem wir schon viele Hotels in Loket ausprobiert haben, sind wir nun auf diese Pension gestoßen. Wir haben über Booking com gebucht, sind dann als erstes mit der Parkplatzgebühr überrascht worden, vielleicht haben wir diese beim Buchen auch nicht gesehen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig und auch sauber bis 1,70m darüber sind leider viele Spinnweben, mit persönlich macht dieses nichts, jedoch für Personen mit einer Spinnenphobie eher ungeeignet. Das Frühstück war weit über dem was wir bisher bekommen haben, also wirklich top. Dazu findet sich im Hinterausgang noch eine atolle verweilmöglichkeit um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Wir werden wieder kommen und bedanken uns für den sehr freundlichen Service und die toll restaurierte Penzion. We booked through Booking com and were surprised first by the parking fee, maybe we didn't see it when we booked. The rooms are lovingly furnished, very spacious and also clean, up to 1.70 m above that there are unfortunately many cobwebs, which doesn't bother me personally, but rather unsuitable for people with a spider phobia. The breakfast was far above what we have gotten so far, so really great. In addition, there is an atoll possibility to linger in the back exit to end the day. K	Kerstin Bliss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren über die Pfingstfeiertage in Loket. Empfangen wurden wir sehr nett und es gab eine Möglichkeit unsere EBikes in einem geschlossenem Raum abzustellen. Früstück an normalen Tagen um 8.00 Uhr und an Sonn- und Feiertagen erst 9. 30 Uhr. Wir fanden das etwas spät. Das Angebot war zum Preisverhältnis sehr gut. Einzige Manko, der Kaffeeautomat war für die Menge an Gäste einfach zu klein. Wasser und Kaffee mussten ständig nachgefüllt werden. Eine Kanne Kaffee auf jeden Tisch wäre da viel unkomplizierter und leiser. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Passend zu dem alten Gebäude. Auch die Terrasse war perfekt. Wir haben diese abends immer genutzt. Bei Bookingcom gab es eine Rezension in der beschrieben wurde, dass die Hauptstraße die direkt an der Pension vorbeiführt, nicht laut wäre. Das müssen wir fairer Weise richtig stellen. Es stimmt, aber nur wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Wer bei offenem Fenster schläft wird 6.00 Uhr vom Straßenlärm geweckt. Parkplätze standen kostenpflichtig zur Verfügung. Wir haben von Freitag bis Montag 12,00 € gezahlt. Alles in Allem, für ein verlängertes Wochenende ganz gut. We stayed in Loket over the Pentecost holidays. We were received very nicely and there was a possibility to park our e-bikes in a closed room. Breakfast on normal days at 8.00 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays only at 9.30 a.m. We found that a bit late. The offer was very good for the price. The only drawback, the coffee machine was just too small for the amount of guests. Water and coffee had to be constantly refilled. A pot of coffee on each table would be much less complicated and quieter. The rooms were very nice and clean. Matching the old building. The terrace was also perfect. We always used this in the evening. There was a review on Bookingcom that said the main road that runs right past the guesthouse wasn't noisy. In fairness, we have to get that right. True, but only when the windows are closed. Anyone who sleeps with the window open will be woken up at 6 a.m. by the street noise. Parking spaces were available for a fee. We paid €12.00 from Friday to Monday. All in all, quite good for a long weekend.

Das Zimmer wo wir untergebracht waren ist klein gewesen aber wir wollten nur schlafen . Mehr nicht. Das Frühstück ist vollkommend ausreichend, soviel fahre ich zu Hause auch nicht auf. Schöne kleine Pension unweit der Altstadt. Alles sehenswerte ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer wo wir untergebracht waren ist klein gewesen aber wir wollten nur schlafen . Not more. Das Frühstück ist vollkommend ausreichend, soviel fahre ich zu Hause auch nicht auf.
