Great accommodation, friendly owners, super equipped facilities. If we have a way around, we will definitely stop again.

I recommend a quiet relaxing place in the countryside, clean new apartments for families with children and a business stay. One cleans the disk here :-) head. Mr. owner very accommodating.

The owner tries to satisfy the guests. It was a trifle, but helpfulness and willingness will always please. Purity. The century-old building is tastefully renovated. High beds, hard mattresses. Great homemade eggs. I highly recommend especially to those who want to visit the beautiful Litomyšl. We hesitated between accommodation right in the city and seclusion; Karla's choice turned out to be the right one - the peace and greenery all around richly balance the extra few kilometers. Of the many guesthouses in which we stayed in various parts of Bohemia and Moravia, this one is one of the best.

Beautiful accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings. Plenty of space for parking. Also suitable for families with children. We used the outdoor pool overlooking the grazing sheep in the adjacent garden, as well as a playground. Accommodation had a beautifully chosen unified concept. We only slept one night, but we will be happy to return to Svitavy on the Farm.

I recommend a super beautiful quiet place to everyone

On our family trip through the Czech lands, this place was one stop for an overnight stay. We found the accommodation quickly via the internet, when we already knew where the night would probably find us. All our accommodation was for 5 days of this type-only for overnight stays. Now I can retrospectively evaluate that this was the best accommodation. And in all aspects. Perhaps the only complaint is that it is located in such a small village, where foxes give a good night and there is this guest house at the end of the village. But where else would you expect a farm? We wandered a bit until we found her. It would like a few signposts. If they exist, I apologize, we had to overlook her in the dark. Owner pleasant and maximally welcoming. (we checked in at 21:30) The interior of the pension nicely, tastefully decorated. Clean. There are more apartments, but I have not heard the neighbors at all. Perhaps the only downside is that (probably) all apartments are on the 1-2 floor, where the wheelchair can not get. The apartment consisted of an entrance hall (with equipped kitchen, table, 4 chairs) with balcony, living room (toilet, shower) and bedroom (large double bed +1 full bed (as extra bed) with TV and wardrobe. All the equipment smelled new. On the ground tiles and parquet. Even though the animal farm is nearby, there was no stinking or annoying flies. Rooms on the 2 floors are attic and do not have a balcony. Parking in a large area directly under the windows. Within the yard is a large covered outdoor seating (gazebo). Partly under construction - the grill and service counter are being completed. In the room TV with about 10 stations. WiFi fast. In the morning we paid extra for breakfast, served on the ground floor in a small dining room. They consisted of a simple but sufficient assortment (ham, salami, cheese, pearl eggs, butter, pastries, coffee, ...). The owner did not spare, it was really good to eat. Payment I do not know if it is possible by card, we paid in cash. We just spent the night here, but if someone is looking for accommodation in the area for several days with a trip to the area, where there is something to see, then do not hesitate and come here. I recommend.

Excellent guest house for cycling trips. We were a group of people, including children, and we have been driving like this every year for about 15 years. This guest house is one of our favorites. Beautiful rooms, lounge, exclusive pergola (so beautifully done I have never seen). Playground for children, lots of space around. Great owner, he took care of us like his own. We could even go on a farm trip. Kids and men driving in a tractor. Well, I just recommend it to everyone. Really great.
