The kitchen in these heats does not have air conditioning. Still, she's hardworking and appreciates work. The owners do not appreciate the guests at all. Photos and info are beautifully misleading. Choosing at the bar - eg. Vino, no choice. White - liter Veltlinske green. That's all. Red wine also one kind. In the whirlpool water that did not build confidence-disgust. I am ashamed of my family that I have “misled them” here. At the same time, in such a beautifully beautiful nature, one could create a relaxing and relaxing facility with a bit of taste, interest and willpower. Don't waste your time and money here! Totally our knowledge.

First of all, according to the staff, we booked a wellness stay in a maisonette suite with a private hot tub and sauna. I must say that I haven't been so satisfied yet. Nice furnished apartment, all new and functional. Staff kind and helpful, still asking if we need anything and if everything is fine. We had lighted candles, clean towels and bathrobes waiting for us, hot water in the whirlpool, and the sauna and whirlpool service was adequately explained to us. I recommend!

The lady lady is helpful, hardworking and kind, unfortunately she is obviously alone in everything and has no idea about the guests, she confuses orders, but everything can be arranged. I would send the cook a flower and recommend the owner to get an auxiliary force, people who just drove around and wanted to stop for food, angrily left, because they would wait 70 minutes for food .. We had half board, but to have lunch was also for an hour, i when a maximum of 5 people were served .. She just couldn't catch up. For that reason, I probably got totally raw chicken (offered stinks, chicken fillet stuffed with cottage cheese) and did not bake "baked potatoes", which we chose from 2 dishes for dinner. I would call it a size, I'm also a cook and I wouldn't let this out of the kitchen. Mr. Operating is a nice and helpful gentleman. I would recommend better organization and information of the staff, it would be nice to advise where to look at the lookout to guests, but we managed and we also advised the people who came on the trip;) But these are still small things for us, because the overall satisfaction does not spoil the impression. The place and the environment, the surrounding trips and a great peaceful sleep "like at home" will make up for everything.

Upon arrival we found that our name is not listed in the reservation list. Fortunately, after the employee's call to the owner everything was explained and we got the room. Another surprise awaited us as we looked at the room. The bunk bed lay dirty, used towel and the bathroom would need a proper renovation. Breakfast very poor, dinner fine. Each room has a table in the dining room. During the whole stay (3 nights) nobody even wiped a rubber tablecloth, which was already very well equipped. The bottle of wine that was part of the voucher we did not get and welness also did not take place, because the only whirlpool is part of the room that was occupied. I'm definitely never going again.

If they did not have a "hotel" in the name, then people would not have higher expectations and would not be unnecessarily disappointed. The "reception" is in the pub, so in the later hours of accommodation I wish you good luck. When the pub is full of drunk local guests. The gentleman at the front desk was confused. He knew nothing about our stay. Unfortunately, the same gentleman also served us in the restaurant. Thanks to him, we felt that we were interfering. Unfortunately, if there is poor service and staff in general, it will do a lot with the overall impression. The Lord should think of another work that would fulfill him. He didn't even ask at dinner if we wanted a drink, so we didn't even ask him for anything. Restaurant below average. Breakfast more like camp. Only white bread, no choice. The juices were not topped up. And we came half an hour after breakfast started. We read on the website that there is a menu available. But on the spot we got a choice of two dishes. Both dishes fried and we had to beg for dinner twice. The chef first refused to cook three extra meals. Overall impresion. Equipment, food more at the level of a children's camp or ski camp than a hotel. Dealing with terrible and unprofessional guests. And due to the price (650 with half board per person) we did not have high demands at all. We will definitely not return next time. Definitely not for the elderly with limited mobility.

They have expensive food and drinks there, we didn't even have food, because the chef was looking for a gas bomb around so they could make beer, we waited for him for an hour, then we gave it up and went to eat elsewhere. The staff could be more smiling and things like we don't have a gas bomb can't happen. Very poor organization of the hotel.

Pleasant surroundings and staff. However, the rooms deserve more care, especially bathrooms. At least remove the mold and buy new towels that had long since passed and did not smell twice. Fortunately, we had our own. Unfortunately, we did not take bed linen. For example, the bedsheet has experienced a lot of warm days and lodgers. It would also be good to control the food served. It was not pleasant to enjoy a sip of morning coffee drenched with sour milk. On the kitchen, I'd pick up soups that were absolutely famous. On the other hand, a slice of potato that literally swam in oil and the generally weaker main courses spoiled it. The restaurant's party was in the mood of the staff, once at ten, and at half past nine. Wellness did not take place. One of the rooms is said to have a whirlpool and if it is occupied, you can find an OBI rubber whirlpool outside under the plastic gazebo. But before the water warms up, a party will come soon :-) It would be fair not to use the word wellness in this case. Otherwise, it is more a pension than Hotýlek, which is in the name, which is also misleading. But I admit that our main problem was probably the exaggerated expectations we had from older reviews and descriptions. We have the experience we have as three families, out of three rooms. Obviously, the pension is often visited by young families with small children. Instead of one old sticky dining chair, I would recommend to buy for a few crowns at least two three custom plastic, which are easily washable. Unfortunately, overall I can not recommend.
