J	Jiří Žlebek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud bych měl zhodnotit pobyt jedním slovem, tak bych asi řekl "Velkolepoúžasný". Prostě ideální dovolená pro rodiny s dětmi. Apartmány jsou veliké a vkusně zařízené i s postýlkou pro ty nejmenší. Je zde možnost si na pokoji i uvařit, ale doporučuji si objednat polopenzi. Domácí kuchyně byla naprosto skvělá, v penzionu si potrpí na kvalitní ingredience bez průmyslových prefabrikátu a bylo to poznat. Na snídani byl dostatečný výběr, denně čerstvé pečivo, výborné byly domácí pomazánky :). Když zrovna počasí nepřeje, najdete zde spoustu možností jak se zabavit od různých stolních her, biliáru ale i x-boxu. Znavené dospěláky potěší whirpool. Pro dětí je zde úžasný dětský koutek se spoustou hraček. Nesmím zapomenout pochválit jak bylo všude čisto, uklizeno a útulno. I když rádi střídáme místa, kde trávíme dovolenou, abychom poznali i jiné lokality, sem se určitě vrátíme. Majitelům a celému personálu penzionu moc děkujeme za to jak se o nás perfektně starali a za úžasnou dovolenou. If I had to evaluate the stay in one word, I would probably say "Magnificent". Just an ideal holiday for families with children. The apartments are large and tastefully furnished with a cot for the little ones. It is possible to cook in your room, but I recommend ordering half board. The home cooking was absolutely great, the guest house tolerates quality ingredients without prefabricated industrial and it was recognizable. There was enough selection for breakfast, fresh pastries daily, homemade spreads were excellent :). When the weather is bad, you will find a lot of opportunities to have fun from various board games, billiards and x-box. Tired adults will enjoy the whirlpool. For children, there is an amazing children's corner with lots of toys. I must not forget to praise how clean, tidy and cozy everywhere was. Although we like to change places where we spend our holidays to get to know other locations, we will definitely return here. We would like to thank the owners and the entire staff of the pension for taking perfect care of us and for a wonderful holiday.
A	Adam Pešout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný rodinný pension s kompletními službami a výborným jídlem - ať už mluvíme o skvělých večeřích, nebo o švédských stolech u snídaně, na kterých si každý vybere to své. Samozřejmostí je i točené pivo a limonáda, takže nemusíte večer chodit do hospody do kilometr vzdálené Branné. Apartmány jsou velmi prostorné a člověk se v nich doopravdy cítí jako doma. Vše v nich je nové, funkční a praktické. Nemohli jsme si taktéž nevšimnout všudypřítomné čistoty - v apartmánech i po celém pensionu. Třešničkou na dortu jsou výhledy z balkonů apartmánů na Brannou. Branná je navíc skvělým výchozím bodem pro výlety v okolí - ať už třeba na Šerák-Keprník, nebo na nedaleký Kralický Sněžník. Pobyt jsme si velmi užili a můžeme pension jen doporučit! ✅ A pleasant family pension with full services and excellent food - whether we are talking about great dinners or buffets at breakfast, where everyone can choose their own. Of course, there is also draft beer and lemonade, so you don't have to go to a pub in the evening to a kilometer away in Branná. The apartments are very spacious and you really feel at home. Everything in them is new, functional and practical. We also could not fail to notice the ubiquitous cleanliness - in the apartments and throughout the pension. The icing on the cake are the views from the balconies of the apartments to Branna. In addition, Branná is a great starting point for trips in the area - whether to Šerák-Keprník or to the nearby Kralický Sněžník. We really enjoyed our stay and we can only recommend the pension! ✅

M	Marcela Kutílková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo, kam stojí za to se vydat. Cesta k penzionu je strmá, ale výsledek stojí za to. Do okolí jsou úžasné výhledy. Především se ale jedná o udržovaný a se vkusem zařízený areál. Ať už obdivujete jezírko s kapry, procházíte se kolem výběhu slepiček a králíčků, houpete se, proběhnete se na hřišti, projdete po bělostných cestičkách... všude máte pocit, že jste vítáni, nemusíte spěchat a můžete v klidu relaxovat. Při krátkém zastavení doporučuji ledovou kávu na terase. ? Pan majitel s námi mluvil velmi přátelsky. Co ovšem oceňujeme jako body navíc, bylo jeho jednání se zaměstnanci a řemeslníky. Jeho přístup k nim svědčil o tom, že je to milý člověk vždy a všude. A place worth going. The road to the guesthouse is steep, but the result is worth it. There are amazing views of the surroundings. Above all, however, it is a well-kept and tastefully furnished complex. Whether you admire the carp lake, walk around the hen and rabbit enclosure, swing, run on the playground, walk along the white paths ... everywhere you feel welcome, you don't have to hurry and you can relax in peace. For a short stop, I recommend iced coffee on the terrace. ? The owner spoke to us very friendly. What we appreciate as extra points, however, was his dealings with employees and craftsmen. His approach to them testified that he was a nice person always and everywhere.

R	Roman Anisimov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted my a lady who told us that we cannot walk inside in our shoes, and continued to recite a list of don't s which made us feel very unwelcome. The facilities and the locations are great, but the management of this place is appalling. No meal choice for supper, your have to take the sheets off before leaving, take the garbage out and each room has a booklet with the precise amount of glasses, fork, spoons and other small things that are being checked before you leave. If anything is missing you will be charged for that. My wife took a brochure with places to visit downstairs into the common room and the staff cleaned it away and demanded we pay for it when we were checking out and it was missing from our room. Never again!
