Very unprofessional and rude... It's is up to customer to give the tips not right of the stuff. But expect this, very nice place to stay.
K	Keith Gatlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pension was close to center City and the castle. The staff was very friendly.the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi work well. The only thing preventing a higher rating was the lack of air conditioning and the small shower size.

Very helpful manager. A mix of incredibly friendly and attentive staff, as well as some who would rather be doing something else in life. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended.

I had to change my hotel last minute when I found out the place I’d booked was 2 hours South of where my son would be staying and playing. I looked online and found Penzion Pod Zamkem. It had good reviews, so I took a chance. The location was perfect. Everywhere I needed to go was within walking. I stayed in a room with Queen Sized bed and aGarden view. It was clean and warm, complete with French windows. My stay included a warm or cold breakfast every morning. The surprise was the Hotel restaurant. I really enjoyed my meals, so much so that I neglected to try anything else in town besides chocolate and beer. The Hotel is family run. This town in general is not English friendly, but my host was accommodating, gracious, and helpful. My adapter I bought did not work, so before my phone died I found a store. The owner drove me there himself. Jindrichuv Hradec is a whole trip back into time with castles, and mid-evil door ways and streets. But this hotel was like staying at someone’s home. I heard it’s beautiful here in the spring and summer. If you are ever in Jindrichuv Hradec Penzion Pod Zamkem is a great place to stay. And by the way I’m black and there is no diversity here unless you are coming to play ball. I think it’s important to note I felt welcomed at this hotel.
