★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clean, cheap-ish, breakfast decent, altough no eggs were prepared (you could boil raw eggs though). the owner (?) / stafc was friendly and seemed to care. a bit chilly in the room we were staying. if you go there in the summer, ask for rooms that are not next to summer terrace or tennis courts, that could be quite annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little Penzion/ B&B! Staff was very friendly and felt like we were very welcomed. Room was nice and clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us and our things. Breakfast was great, dinner one night was really good. The fried cheese was ok- I still will not get used to this as a meal. The kids enjoyed it though. ;) I wish we were able to pick a time for dinner. It was difficult for the kids to eat so late but it seems that everything was smoothly reserved so that there was enough room for each family to eat at a certain time.
Also, be sure to use the sauna. It was a real treat after being out in the cold all day! They were wonderful, set it all up with towels and slippers and water and it was perfect ??
I think when we come back it will be in the spring or summer because the location is wonderful. For winter and skiing it’s about 25 minutes from Lipno on small narrow roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great hotel near the river. Nice personnel, tasty breakfast, сozy room and the place for fire near in 1 meter. Small chocolate and lavender on the bed. What can be better? :). Negative: It is a pity it is forbidden to come with pets..

The food was bad even in Czech standards.
The only vegetarian options were side dishes. We ordered Kulajda, soup which was slimy and too think, rice, which came dry and crunchy and grilled vegetables which were simultaneously burnt on the outside, uncooked on the inside and cold :(
The home-made lemonade was OK though
