Absolutely great! Much better than Pod Kaštany - both a guest house and a restaurant. Magical ... The menu is not wide, but everyone can choose from it and it is enough. Location right on the medieval castle in the beautifully forgotten town of Krupka, which is on the UNESCO list. Rooms spacious, nice, with views. The service is very pleasant and friendly. Top breakfast (included in the price). Just all great. I have nothing to complain about. Absolutely exceptional for the price. I warmly recommend.

Accommodation was cool, room in the attic, a little less space, refrigerator, TV with plenty of programs, hot water flowed. I was disappointed by the organization of breakfast, for the whole boarding house breakfast at 8.30.So all tables immediately occupied, no privacy and when everyone suddenly throws themselves at the food, something happens at any moment and then it took a while to complete it. Otherwise, count on it that the castle is undergoing reconstruction, so the photos when I park the car at the guest house really do not apply. You have to accept that Ukrainian and the compressor will wake you up at 7 o'clock.

Good Czech cuisine and quiet places to stay! Unfortunately, due to construction work, the access to the castle ruins / guest house can only be used to a limited extent until at least the end of 2021. The retaining walls will be renewed over a length of approx. 150 m. As a result, half of the single-lane road is also a construction area. Pedestrians can pass unhindered. Bicycles and motorcycles (is still possible!) Should not meet on the route.

No big gastronomy - for the first time in my life I got soup from a bag in a restaurant. I'm worried about the main course and whether there will be intestinal problems. If you want to eat, get out of here quickly, and avoid this place by bending. Don't get caught like me.

My girlfriend and I went to dinner and I must say that such a pleasant place and decent staff are rarely seen today. I can recommend for us. Part of the driveway is reconstruction, rather park on the main. But it doesn't bother me in any way.

We spent an extended and weekend in this magical place and we were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and the approach of the operator, who was accommodating in everything! I highly recommend!

My wife and I spent 5 nights in the guest house. Overall, our impressions are a mix of satisfaction and disharmony. In terms of price, this is a medium category, so we did not expect any super luxury, but still solid service at the current level. The biggest positive of the pension is the location. Quiet place and above all absolutely unique panoramic views of the surroundings are absolutely unique. Even the remains of the walls and the Goethe Memorial in the area you will not find in a guest house. I also appreciate the peace and cleanliness inside the pension. For many, there is certainly an advantage with a restaurant with an outdoor covered front garden, which may solve your problems with lunch and dinner. Unfortunately (although the operation of the restaurant is advertised until 10 pm) it ends at 8 pm, sometimes at midnight. The first disappointment came on arrival. Although the owner is not to blame, but the reconstruction of the only access road means that you will probably have to find it hard to find a parking space hundreds of meters from the house and you will drag your suitcases along the bumpy paving to the steep hill. The meeting with the owner was also quite strange. He's a cheerful person, but he might forgive some reactions. Specifically, for example, when you crawl sweaty with suitcases to the pension and the owner pretends for a minute that he has no idea of ​​any reservation in your name and it is probably a mistake to then smile and accommodate you. Or he gave you a lecture that only an ignorant person who knows nothing about coffee can order a cappuccino at eight in the evening. Do not look for anything modern in the operation of the pension. You will not pay with the card here, everything is required in cash. They probably haven't heard of waste sorting. The menu of the restaurant is quite sparse and "traditional" - toast, sirloin, goulash, potato pancake. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, but if you are not a fan of Kostelec sausages, pâtés, sausages and desserts from the supermarket, you will not find much else to choose from. In addition, once the chef forgets to supply the mustard, the second time he does not turn on the heating, so you pour lukewarm water over the tea, and for the third time you search in vain for forks. If you would appreciate a few pieces of vegetables for breakfast, buy them at the market like me, otherwise you are unlucky. It's just a matter of preferences, but I would also welcome significantly harder mattresses in beds. But the outlook will compensate for something!

Cozy guesthouse in a quiet location with a great view. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is large and very clean. Breakfast buffet with everything you need. The restaurant serves delicious Czech cuisine. The staff is very friendly and also speaks German. You can also sit very nicely on the terrace. We will be back definitely!
