★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto bezvadné, s pejskem není problém, rozhodně doporučuji využít romantického balíčku, bylo to kouzelné ? Pán na recepci nám dal super doporučení, kam na večeři a typy na procházky. Lokace penzionu je od všeho důležitého kousíček, velmi klidné okolí. Po celou dobu pobytu je možné si nalévat kávu nebo citronovou vodu a další ve společenské místnosti. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni ?
Absolutely perfect, no problem with the dog, I definitely recommend using the romantic package, it was magical ? The gentleman at the reception gave us great recommendations on where to go for dinner and tips for walks. The location of the pension is a piece of everything important, very quiet neighborhood. It is possible to pour coffee or lemon water and more in the common room throughout the stay. We were very satisfied ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše v pořádku. Ubytování 300m od historického centra. Prostorné pokoje. Nadstandardní služby. V případě problémů je personál schopný vyřešit vše i v pozdních hodinách. Parkování za bránou v ceně. Bonus: bábovka a čaj každý den k dispozici v přízemí. Personál se chová profesionálně. Vše je řádně označeno a popsáno. Doporučuji se zde ubytovat.
All right. Accommodation 300m from the historic center. Spacious rooms. Premium services. In case of problems, the staff is able to solve everything even late. Parking behind the gate included. Bonus: cake and tea available on the ground floor every day. The staff behaves professionally. Everything is properly marked and described. I recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here for a nearby wedding but this hotel is a complete rip-off. We paid almost €200 for two nights in a noisy room next to the rail tracks. There was no breakfast, no one cleaned our room, there’s was no one at reception throughout our stay and on top of everything they charged us €20 for late check in (apparently anything outside 2-4pm is late check in) despite them not giving us check in instructions. Oh and they don’t speak English, we had to use a translator. Avoid at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience I've had in a hotel! We arrrived around 6.30 pm which they consider it a 'late' check in so there was no one at the reception but we were not given any instructions about how to check in. After calling them we received some indications on how to find a key and got a room but after about 20 minutes someone came to tell us that they gave us the wrong room and we need to pack again and move. And for this they charged us 20 eur!! In addition, there is no breakfast included in the expensive price room of almost 100eur and there is never ever anyone at the reception to ask for help. And if you find someone at the reception they don't speak english at all. The rooms face the railways so don't expect a good night sleep and no one cleans the rooms during the stay.
It is absolutely ridiculous, save your good mood and money for other hotel!
