V dohledné době je prý budou měnit, tak snad je to pravda.
Welness bylo super.
 The environment of the pension is beautiful, unfortunately they have heavily laid mattresses, they slept quite badly :(
They will change them in the near future, so maybe that's true.
Wellness was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niestety nie możemy ocenić wyżej, ponieważ zdjęcia i opis oferty nie do końca pokryły się z rzeczywistością. Miałyśmy zarezerwowane dwa "apartamenty", gdzie miały być podwójne łóżka, łóżko pojedyncze i sofy. W rzeczywistości rozkładany fotel miał służyć za owe pojedyncze łóżko, po sofach ani śladu. Sama jakość spania na łóżkach pozostawiła wiele do życzenia. Na pewno nocleg nie jest wart zapłaconych pieniędzy. To, co należy jednak docenić to czystość , dostępność kosmetyków hotelowych oraz wyposażenie w kuchni.
Unfortunately, we cannot rate it higher, because the photos and the description of the offer did not exactly match the reality. We had two "apartments" booked, with double beds, a single bed and sofas. In fact, the fold-out armchair was supposed to serve as the single bed, there was no trace of the sofas. The very quality of sleeping on the beds left much to be desired. The accommodation is definitely not worth the money paid. What should be appreciated, however, is the cleanliness, the availability of hotel cosmetics and kitchen equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is possibly the best Penzion in Ostrava . Always clean , the staff is always very helpful and willing to do the extra mile. This is the 5th time I am staying here for a very lengthy stay and it is always perfect !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I agree it is very nice and clean. It's a 5 min walk to the best restaurant we ate at in Czech, and you get a 10% discount if you show them your keys from the hotel. The restaurant has a nice playground as well. If you book two nights you can request to use the Jaccuzi, Cool Tub and Sana as well.
