m	monika svatonova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní recepční či provozní neochotná, nepříjemná. Komunikace jak ve 4.cen skupině. Velké zklamání v dnešní době. Žádné pozdravení, poděkování..nic. Ubytování : pokoj čistý, upravy by potřeboval ale ok. Voda tekla z posledních sil a nebylo mýdlo. Postele čisté. Lednice malá ale v našem případě jsme neměli potřebu větší lednice. Snídaně odpovídala ceně a byla naprosto v pořádku. Pán (nevim kdo to byl, nikdo se nám nepředstavil) byl ochotný a milý. Škoda, že taková nebyla i paní, která s námi jednala. Už bychom se díky ní nevratili. Pamatuji tento pension v rukách bývalých majitelů( jsem rodačka) a to se nedá srovnat. Bohužel. Mrs. receptionist or operational unwilling, unpleasant. Communication as in 4.cen group. Great disappointment nowadays. No greeting, thank you..nic. Accommodation: room clean, adjustments would need but ok. The water flowed out of its last strength and there was no soap. Beds clean. Small fridge but in our case we did not need a larger refrigerator. Breakfast was good and it was ok. The Lord (I do not know who it was, no one introduced himself) was helpful and kind. It is a pity that the lady who dealt with us was not like that. We wouldn't come back thanks to her. I remember this pension in the hands of former owners (I am a native) and it can not compare. Unfortunately.

Freundliches Personal...sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und ein überschwängliches Frühstück erwarten einem da. Ich komme gerne einmal wieder. Highly recommended. Inexpensive and very clean guesthouse, located very close to the center of Franzensbad. Friendly staff ... very good value for money and an exuberant breakfast await you there. I would like to come back sometime.

Velké překvapení, když jsem volal na telefonní číslo a telefon začal zvonit nějaké mamince s dítětem na dvorku. Vůbec předtím nereagovala na zmateného zákazníka. Zavřená restaurace a nemožnost platit kartou jen podtrhli můj dojem nezájmu o zákazníky. Although I specified the time of arrival, no one was at the reception. Big surprise when I called the phone number and the phone started ringing to some mom with a baby in the backyard. She hadn't reacted to a confused customer before. The closed restaurant and the inability to pay by card only underlined my impression of disinterest in customers.
M	Marcela Roudova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penzion spíše průměr, chtělo by to zapracovat na úklidu celého prostoru i venkovního. V pokoji byly silně cítit odpady,chybělo mýdlo. I když cena i se snídaní byla velmi příznivá, příště si raději připlatíme. Spíše bych nedoporučila. The guest house is rather average, it would like to work on cleaning the entire space and the outdoors. There was a strong smell of garbage in the room, no soap. Although the price with breakfast was very favorable, next time we prefer to pay extra. I would rather not recommend.

Restaurant with bar on site... Would definately recomend an overnight stay at this guesthouse and town on your journey around the Czech Republic.
