Nabízíme krásné a čisté ubytování přímo v srdci Šumavy, obce Stožec. Hotel má kapacitu deseti pokojů s vlastním sociálním zázemím a televizí. Návštěvníci jistě ocení krásný bar a stylovou restauraci, kde podáváme šumavské speciality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V penzionu byla zrovna škola v přírodě, což by nevadilo, kdyby fungovalo vše jak má. Dá se pochopit, že děti budou dělat kravál, ale stejně to není moc příjemné. Personál byl sice velmi vstřícný, ale nestíhal a bylo vidět, že toho má dost a je ho málo. Nicméně byli milí, jen je člověk nechtěl zatěžovat ještě více.
Provozovatel by se měl zamyslet, zda v tomto režimu se dá skloubit ubytování hostů se školou v přírodě. Navíc, to co je na webu, neodpovídá realitě.
Restaurace ani bar vlastně nefungoval, na výběr byly jen dvě jídla, a sauna se teprve dělala. U pokoje v koupelně nebyl ani ručník, ani doplněné mýdlo, sprchu statickou bez závěsu (všechno budete mít mokré a na WC nedojdete suchou nohou) beru taky jako nešťastné řešení.
Škoda, penzion má veliký potenciál a krásný výhled, ale já už bych se rozhodně nevrátila. Jedna noc mi stačila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The towels were miniscule. Most of the light bulbs were missing, probably to save money. The light switches were on timers and cleverly placed so that one could die in the dark trying to reach one. The power went out, leaving the whole place in dark. Our impression was that the object of the game was for the owner to spend as little money as possible. The evidently wealthy owner visited once/day to check up on things, but did nothing. The one woman staff was supposed to welcome guests, clean, do laundry, and prepare meals. She was obviously nervous and harried. Breakfast was OK. The meat at dinner tasted of pig feces. The dining room was hung with Germanic religious icons. Someone spent a lot of money building and furnishing was once perhaps was a nice pension, though it is not now. We will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been there for one night and it was ok. However, I would not dare to spend a week of holiday there. Staff was kinda flexible on request. Nevertheless, the whole experience was somewhat outdated, old fashioned and compared to nowadays standards below average - in terms of quality of food, atmosphere, hospitality.
