D	David Czernín on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobře situované místo a parkování hned u penzionu. Příjemné posezení na terase a chutné snídaně s domácími produkty. Bohužel vkusně zařízené pokoje v přízemí kazí nedostatek soukromí, kde přes papírové dveře toho jde dost slyšet. V letních dnech zase bojujete se staršími okny se kterými těžce manipulujete, ale musíte kvůli absenci klimatizace. Well located and parking right next to the house. Pleasant sitting on the terrace and delicious breakfast with homemade products. Unfortunately, the tastefully furnished rooms on the ground floor spoil the lack of privacy, where you can hear a lot through the paper door. In the summer, you struggle with older windows, which you have a hard time manipulating, but you have to due to the absence of air conditioning.
P	Pavel Jurák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strávili jsme zde 3 noci a byli jsme spokojení. Ocenili jsme skvělou polohu v místě, které není tak rušné, ale je odsud všude blízko. Penzion se nachází v historické budově, takže cítíte duši a osobitost toho místo. Snídaně včetně domácích marmelád vlastní výroby byly naprosto dokonalé a je tu i místnost, kde je možné si schovat kola. V nejvyšším patře se nachází úžasná terasa a také kuchyňka s malou útulnou jídelnou a výhledy na město. Vybavení pokojů vypadá trochu jako po mé babičce, osobně mi postel nepřišla moc pohodlná, chyběla mi u ní lampa na čtení, kterou nutně potřebuju, ale zase bylo možné si číst na pohovce s větší lampu. Koupelnička maličká, ale s tím se v takovém typu domu musí počítat. Za mne 4.5. We spent 3 nights here and we were satisfied. We appreciated the great location in a place that is not so busy, but is close to everywhere. The guesthouse is located in a historic building, so you feel the soul and uniqueness of the place. Breakfasts including homemade jams of our own production were absolutely perfect and there is also a room where you can hide your bikes. On the top floor there is an amazing terrace as well as a kitchenette with a small cozy dining room and city views. The furnishing of the rooms looks a bit like after my grandmother, I personally didn't find the bed very comfortable, I missed the reading lamp I really needed, but again it was possible to read on the sofa with a bigger lamp. The bathroom is small, but it has to be taken into account in this type of house. For me 4.5.

Absolutely luxurious breakfast ?, pets ? accepted, strategic location in the city, very helpful staff, pleasant terrace with views z, creaking ? floor in the rooms, adorable common area on the top floor, homely atmosphere, bicycle storage, very delicious ? homemade jams, stylish rooms.
B	Blanka Tiainen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný penzionek ve středu Znojma. Velmi milá paní majitelka, které se daří navozovat rodinnou atmosféru penzionu. Navíc vyrábí luxusní domácí marmelády ? Penzion má úžasnou terasu s výhledem na Znojmo. Pokojíčky čisté a velmi hezké. Určitě se sem ještě vrátíme. Vřele doporučuji. Beautiful guest house in the center of Znojmo. Very nice lady owner, who manages to evoke a family atmosphere of the pension. In addition, it produces luxury homemade jams ? The guest house has an amazing terrace overlooking Znojmo. Rooms clean and very nice. We will definitely be back here again. I warmly recommend.

d	dreamsmade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very disappointed!!! The pension looks nice from their website so we did a reservation for the room called Pokoj U Dědečka Rudolfa. We booked the room by phone and they confirm us that the reservation was successfully made. Surprisingly the same woman call us afterwards to tell us that it was a problem and that we don't have that room or any other room available for us that day. We were forced to cancel our trip to Znojmo because of it, since at that time there was no room available within the city center :-(
F	Frank Striplin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well run penzion. Friendly staff. Clean with comfortable beds. The roof top patio and kitchen area is a great plus. Very good breakfast. The only thing I would change is to be able to get coffee or tea before 8:00 am. Some of us wake early and like to have a cup of coffee before the kitchen opens. The location is convenient to much of the old town we were able to walk to a number of very good restaurants.
