★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Každoročně úžasné a diky P.Alene Svobodové a jednání jejího manžela a chování kamarádů, kteří nebyli ubytování v penzionu, jednání ohledně lidem kteří byli ubytovani a ještě ke všemu lži, které píšete mila paní, tak by byli opravdu dobré, kdyby jste příští dovolenou trávila s přáteli v karavanu!Třeba budete mít šanci udělat jídlo pro vaše dítě!!!!!Zamyslel bych se nad sebou p.Aleno Svobodová

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtel bych zareagovat na recenzi Aleny Svobodove, ktera mne zcela prekvapila, jelikoz jsem v dany cas zde byl ubytovany.
V jeden krasny vecer jsme museli vytahnout z postele v pozdnich nocnich hodinach pani majitelku, abychom ji oznamili, ze se nam po penzionu pohybuji cizi lide, kteri si vari v kuchyni veceri a u vinotekove lednice se samovolne obsluhuji.
Odchazeli se sklenickami a s lahvemi vina do sveho nefunkcniho karavanu bez kuchyne :)
Byl to jiz druhy vecer.
Dle zjisteni tito nezvani neplatici nehoste, patrili ke skupine Aleny Svobodove, coz se pravdepodobne promitlo pri vyuctovani.
I would like to respond to Alena Svobodova's review, which completely surprised me, as I was staying here at the time.
One fine evening, we had to get the owner out of bed at late in the night to let her know that there were strangers moving around the house, cooking in the kitchen in the evening and serving themselves at the wine fridge.
They left with glasses and bottles of wine in their broken caravan without a kitchen :)
It's been the second night.
According to the findings, these uninvited non-payers did not belong to the group of Alena Svobodova, which was probably reflected in the teaching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po prvotním nadšení z krásného prostředí a rádoby přátelské pani domácí nás nemile překvapila pasivní i slovní agrese majitelů při řešení nastalé situace. Pokoje pekne a ciste, snidane slabý základ, ale postačí, vino průměr. Do Velkých Bilovic se radi znovu podíváme, ne však již k Zemankum. P.S. Rozhodně nedoporučuji snazit se pripravit byť jen studenou veceri pro svou rodinu a děti v komunitní kuchyni, budete odměněni nauctovanim nezkonzumovanych 5 litru vina a studenou noci v pokoji. Zemankum doporučuji zapracovat na zlepšení komunikace nejen se zákazníky, ale i s ostatními slušnymi lidmi.
After the initial enthusiasm for the beautiful environment and the would-be friendly hostess, we were not pleasantly surprised by the passive and verbal aggression of the owners in resolving the situation. Rooms nice and clean, breakfast weak base, but enough, wine average. We are happy to see Velké Bilovice again, but not to Zemankum. P.S. I definitely do not recommend trying to prepare even a cold dinner for your family and children in the community kitchen, you will be rewarded by honoring unconsumed 5 liters of wine and a cold night in the room. I recommend working with Zemankum to improve communication not only with customers, but also with other decent people.
