Unfortunately, a bad choice, hygiene in general probably does not tell the owners much ... beds with bedding, which already has time to change, cobwebs above the bed and toilet, hygiene at breakfast very poor. A big disappointment on our way through the otherwise beautiful Pálava ...

I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! The price for accommodation is unreasonably high, the level corresponded to 500, - / night / room. The bed is falling apart. The yard is surrounded by residential units. The yard serves as a sitting area, so you can't sleep. You must have the blinds closed, otherwise the surrounding passers-by would see your quarters. The windows do not have a fan that can only be opened. The hygiene on the edge. Wine sales 0.7l / 200, -in the South of Moravia, unreal. And the whole thing for 2 nights for 1 person, for about 2700, -. 150, - / 1 breakfast. Never more.

Never again to this guest house. Horror services. Nothing can be agreed with the owner. Her approach to everything was very sharp - without the possibility of agreement. Pool green, poor sewerage- heated room from sewer drainage, instead of a double room a small room that was for one and the other bed was an extra bed. The rooms have the better behind them. Which is a great pity, because it could be such a nice environment.

The impression of accommodation was spoiled by a bad agreement between the owner and the owner's representative - we had with the owner a booked apartment for 4 people, we arrived and the owner's representative told us that our apartment is only for 3 people and if we want to have an apartment for 4 people, we will have to pay extra. The Lord called the owner, scolded her for the inconvenience caused, apologized to us and landed us one more place so that we could sleep four in the apartment. Another problem was that after confirming our reservation, the owner raised the price for breakfast from CZK 100 to CZK 150 and did not let us know, and then we were surprised when the representative told us. So he left us a price of 100 CZK for one breakfast. And one more minus - there was no place to dry wet clothes, so we didn't even swim in the pool that was there.

The price 690kc / person / night unfortunately did not correspond to the quality of accommodation. looking at the photo gallery on the official website of the pension you can see beautiful rooms, but in fact they signed the tooth of time, in any case the price remains the same. We were accommodated in the lower room c.3 - about proper cleaning before arrival was unfortunately not rec. The cobwebs in the lower corners of the room or bathroom testify to inadequate vacuuming / wiping, mold and water did not drain out in the shower, the fluorescent lamp above the mirror was loosely placed, unattached and did not work. The bathroom rug was torn and stinked. The blinds on the door of the room were damaged at the bottom and were completely missing from the upper part of the windows, on the heater it was visible that the dust was perhaps never vacuumed by anyone. The chair in the room was dirty and it was impossible to sit on it. There was one arm in the closet after the passage and it was still broken and non-functional. Someone might mind the absence of Czech programs on TV (only Slovak), or unstable wifi. As a plus, I mention a comfortable bed and clean sheets + the presence of a towel (including one large towel), and a nice bonus in the form of a biscuit and a mini-showergel, even if not used. I solved all these things with the staff of the boarding house, who was very willing, admitted to you about it and alerted the owner to it without success. He checked the room, swept the cobwebs, changed the carpet, the rest of the day after our weekend departure, as compensation we agreed to take the wine from their cellar.

I absolutely do not recommend !!! The worst accommodation I've seen. The room was untidy, the toilet was uncleaned, the hair in the sink. The bedding was definitely not clean, you could feel that someone was no longer sleeping in it. The price for accommodation is unreasonably high. The agreement with Mrs. is also terrible.
