Als wir Einchecken wollten waren alle Türen verschlossen ,es gab keine Klingel, wir mussten die Inhaberin anrufen danach kam sie mit ihrem Fahrrad abgehandelt. Als wir auschecken wollten fuhr fuhr die Innhaberin eimfach mit ihrem Rad weg ohne etwas zu sagen, so das wir keine Möglichkeit hatten die Schlüssel abzugeben. The rooms were clean and well maintained. When we wanted to check in all the doors were locked, there was no bell, we had to call the owner afterwards she came with her bike. When we wanted to check out drove the owner in a trivial way with her bike without saying anything, so we had no opportunity to hand in the keys.

Vynutili si zaplatit za celý týden (zdůvodu, že mne neznají a tudíž jsem nespolehlivý) a odmítli vrátit peníze za neprospané noci. (odjezd z pracovních důvodů). Odjez byl nahlášen více jak 24 hod předem. Ing. Jiří Obrátil Located near the main road to Hradec Králové-place is very noisy. Bad parking. Unsolidated Negotiations. J	Jaroslav Tuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osobně jsem tam nebyl. Jezdím do Lázní Bohdaneč za manželkou 10 let a ubytovávám se v penzionu Škroup. Ale Zahrádka je také na velice dobré úrovni. Je kousek od lázní jen přes silnici a je na hlavním tahu na Hradec Králové. Je to frekventovaná silnice. Personál tam neznám. I wasn't there personally. I go to Bohdaneč Spa for my wife for 10 years and stay in the Škroup guest house. But Zahrádka is also on a very good level. It is a short walk from the spa just across the road and is on the main road to Hradec Kralove. It's a busy road. I don't know the staff there.

Když jsme žádali kompenzaci, majitel nabídl při dalším ubytování 1 den zdarma. Finanční kompenzaci odmítl. Před rezervací mi bylo potvrzeno, že jde o klidný pokoj s okny do dvora. Okna do dvora byla, ale blízká venkovní diskotéka byla tak hlučná, že se nedalo spát ani při zavřených oknech. Klimatizace samozřejmě není. Pokud více než dva hosté přijedou autem, není možno parkovat ve dvoře. Great disappointment at the unserious conduct. During the weekend, hot water was only on Friday night.
