Ubytování jsme měli dohodnuté předem cca 12 měsíců, zaplatili jsme zálohu, ubytování nám bylo potvrzeno a týden před nástupem nám vrátili zálohu s tim, že mají technické problémy. Narychlo jsme sehnali ubytování v okolí a přesvědčili jsme se, že jejich chata je obsazena. Často děláme výlety, ale tahle situace se nám ještě nestala. I have a bad experience with this guest house. We had agreed accommodation in advance for about 12 months, we paid a deposit, the accommodation was confirmed to us and a week before the arrival we returned the deposit with the fact that they have technical problems. We quickly found accommodation in the area and made sure that their cottage was occupied. We often make trips, but this situation has not happened to us yet.
V	Veronika Ondráčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super chalupa,moc sympatičtí a ochotní majitelé.Neměli jsme žádný problém.Rádi se zase vrátíme.Jezdíme na hory už delší dobu,ale nikde jsme nezažili tak skvělý přístup jako právě tady.Doporučuji všem.Byli jsme nadmíru spokojení jak s ubytováním,tak s e-mailovou komunikací. Super cottage, very nice and helpful owners. We had no problem. We will be happy to return. We have been going to the mountains for a long time, but nowhere we have experienced such a great approach as right here. I recommend to everyone. We were extremely satisfied with both accommodation and e-mail communication.
M	Martin Anděl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednání majitelů hrozné. Zrušení rezervace týden před odjezdem. Chata byla víc než rok rezervovaná pro 4 rodiny, včetně uhrazené zálohy. Lhali nám a tvrdili, že nás ubytovat nemohou, že mají technické problémy. Přitom byly v našem termínu v chatě ubytované jiné rodiny. Nedoporučuji toto ubytování z důvodu špatného jednání s majiteli. Nebyli ochotni přiznat chybu a ani ji přijatelně kompenzovat. Přivodili nám velké starosti se sháněním náhradního ubytování, které nás vyšlo dráž. The actions of the owners terrible. Cancel reservation one week before departure. The cottage has been booked for more than a year for 4 families, including a paid deposit. They lied to us and said they couldn't accommodate us, that they had technical problems. At the same time, other families were accommodated in our cottage. I do not recommend this accommodation because of bad dealings with the owners. They were not willing to admit the error, nor to accept it. They brought us great worries about finding alternative accommodation, which cost us a lot.

S majitelkou proběhla emailová komunikace vše v pořádku, zaplacená záloha. Měsíc před naším ubytováním ještě proběhla písemná a telefonická domluva ohledně placení ze strany zaměstnavatele. Vše bylo v pořádku a poté mi 6 dní před naším příjezdem volala paní majitelka, že se omlouvá, ale její chybou zarezervovala termín pro 2 skupiny, tak ať naše skupina nejezdí.Přitom jsme měli rezervovanou chalupu 13 měsíců předem. Za 11 let co jezdíme na hory se nám toto nikdy nestalo a byli jsme velmi zklamaný z chování majitelky. I proprietari sono davvero gentilissimi, disponibili e mai invadenti. Ci andiamo almeno due volte l'anno per staccare la spina e la tradizione continuerà salvo imprevisti. We usually book this pension twice per year to refill our mind and the tradition will continues on and on. Opravdu skvělé místo k odpočinku kdykoli během roku! Krásná krajina a jedinečná krajina! Majitelé jsou velmi milí, ochotní a vždy skvělá domluva. Jezdíme si tam alespoň dvakrát ročně odpočinout a tradice bude pokračovat, pokud nenastanou nepředvídané události.
