Je to krásná obdélná stavba se dvěma tabulovými štíty na užších stranách. V jejich výklencích jsou sochy svatých od Jana Brokoffa. Špýchar je někdy mylně považován za pivovar. Od svého vzniku sloužila budova jako panské skladiště obilí. Teprve po roce 1856 se stala součástí nového thunského pivovaru, který byl v její blízkosti postaven po požáru starého pivovaru u zámku. The granary was built in the second half of the 17th century in early Baroque style. It was reconstructed in 1724. It is a nice rectangular building with two gables on the narrow sides. The statues of saints by Jan Brokoff are placed in their niches. Granary is sometimes mistaken for a brewery. Since its inception, the building has served as a manor warehouse for grain. It was only after 1856 that it became part of the new Thun brewery, which was built in its vicinity after the fire of the old brewery at the chateau.
