Catastrophe. The cash registers never went the way one imagined. I have given up standing in line several times already, because the cashiers are not in a hurry, nor are all three going, but the line is already winding into the alley. After today's exit, when the cashier turned her back to me right in front of me and after a while she told me that I had to go to the next cash register after she had served several people here at the cash register. There was no pleasant approach at the next cash register, instead of greeting, she turned her back again and ignored the customer.

Incredibly rude staff who keep shouting at customers about baskets or complaining out loud about customers. Rarely does more than one cash register work, although there are always about 3 employees. The last straw was when the saleswoman refused to admit that she had not returned 100 to my little daughter, and she, thanks to her age, reacted with a maximum of crying. The phone for the store does not exist, at the headquarters the machine will thank me after a minute for calling and is after the call.

Very inappropriate and rude behavior of the staff, I was in the store half an hour before closing time, I was surprised that the blind was pulled in half, while the customers were still inside, meanwhile the staff shouted at each other across the store, another older saleswoman mopping the floor , the floor was very wet, there was no sign of the danger of slipping, the last dot on the cake was when she started yelling at the customer, who tried the shirt in the booth and ran to find another size, of course he left the shirt in the booth, saying that he would return, the saleswoman shouted at him very rudely "if he doesn't clean himself at home and let the shirt return to its place", it was so loud that we all turned around, then she started to announce that the cabins would no longer be available 5 minutes before closing time (yet again there is no sign or any info about it anywhere) and let all the customers in the back of the store walk to the cash registers that they will close soon, while it was 19:45. Since she had a mop in her hand, it was clear that she wanted to wipe, so we should get out. This was the last straw probably for all customers, I think there were 12 of us for sure, we all left the store at once and without a purchase, they all left things and baskets, no one even went to the cash register. A saleswoman and a salesman were standing at the exit, laughing as we left. Things are very nice, but you would need to be properly trained in customer behavior and job security, or replace the team with someone who cares about the job.
