★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednán Mystery Box Japan na Vanoce pro clena rodiny na zaklade zminky od Stareho Fotra z Youtube + par veci samotatne na vyzkouseni pro nas. Pritelkyne veci vsechny, moje Twinkies a Pocky nikde. Asi uz se nevesly do krabice, nebo ma skladani objednavky, popr jeji kontrola velky mezery, zase tolik toho nebylo.
Reklamace odeslana, uvidime, jak bude vyresena, prozatim pouze nadavam a doufam, ze v Mystery Boxu je vse,co tam byt ma.
Edit : Odpoved na reklamaci do hodiny, omluva, potvrzeni chyby a nezabaleni zbozi zastnancem, coz se ceni, ze uznali chybu cloveka a nesvadi chybu na "system". Takze upravuji na 4* a tesime se na dodatecny balicek.
 Ordered Mystery Box Japan at Christmas for a family member based on a mention from Old Fotr from Youtube + a couple of things alone to try for us. Girlfriends all things, my Twinkies and Pocky nowhere. They probably didn't fit in the box anymore, or my order placement, or its inspection of a large gap, was not so much again.
Complaints sent, we will see how it will be resolved, for now I only swear and hope that there is everything in the Mystery Box that should be there.
Edit: The response to the complaint within the hour, an apology, confirmation of the error and unpacked goods by the supporter, which is believed to have recognized the human error and did not make a mistake on the "system". So I'm adjusting to 4 * and looking forward to an additional package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Začal bych tím, že jsem jednoho dne dostal nápad, objednat si zahraniční produkty, především Pepsi a Coca-Coly a porovnat to s tuzemskými produkty. Předem říkám, že jsem tam výrazný rozdíl nepoznal a doporučuji zvolit opravdu produkty,
které v ČR nejsou dostupné. Teď už k samotné recenzi obchodu. Obchod jsem si zvolil na základě přehledných stránek a hojného sortimentu. Moje objednávka činila lehce nad 3.000,- Kč a hmotnost odeslaného balíčku byla 26,5 kg. Při odeslání objednávky máte možnost zaškrtnout, zda v případě nedostupnosti produktu chcete nahradit produkt jiným ve stejně hodnotě. Dále jste upozornění za stěhování skladu. Po objednávce přijde potvrzující e-mail s možností žádostí o prioritní dodání, který jsem využil. Objednávka byla vyexpedována za 2 dny (vzhledem k množství zboží to hodnotím velmi pozitivně). A zásilka dorazila za 3 dny od objednání prostřednictvím PPL. Zboží bylo pečlivě zabaleno a v pořádku.
Doporučuji.

My order was slightly over CZK 3,000 and the weight of the shipped package was 26.5 kg. When sending an order, you have the option to check whether you want to replace the product with another of the same value if the product is not available. You are also notified for moving the warehouse. After the order, there will be a confirmation e-mail with the possibility of requests for priority delivery, which I used. The order was shipped in 2 days (due to the amount of goods, I rate it very positively). And the shipment arrived 3 days after ordering via PPL. The goods were carefully packed and in order.
