Many thanks to Mrs. Belicová for the project and for a really client-friendly approach to Mr. Petráš. We realized the bathroom a relatively long time ago and I can therefore responsibly recommend it. We use everything, we are still satisfied, we would not change anything and I hope that we will be for a long time.

We approached the Perfecto Design bathroom studio in 2018, when our apartment was being reconstructed. We were interested in the design of the study, which came to us modern and timeless at the same time. From the first contact, our communication went absolutely smoothly. We were accepted by the architect Kobr and on the first agreed date we took over our ideas and, of course, the technical side of the future bathroom. We were very much looking forward to the second term, as we were presented with a proposal. In Perfecto Design they gave us the opportunity to see the design in 3D Reality, which I consider a great bonus. We agreed on a few changes in the design and part of the purchase followed. Thanks to a professional approach, we have thus achieved a beautiful and elaborate space of our bathroom for us. We adhered to the design, we did not encounter any serious problems during the implementation, and thanks to the design, we also elegantly solved the complex issue of storage space. In this way, we would like to thank you once again for your advice, help and helpfulness. With a clear conscience, I can recommend Perfecto Design as a great and maximally professional company.

Their high-level services are only half the success of getting a dream bathroom at home. If you "arrange" a craftsman who let himself stab and has no way to build your bathroom with all the tools to transport, something is wrong. At the beginning we were very satisfied with the approach of the studio, everything went smoothly. Although the architects were not able to inspect the building beforehand (it is out of Prague and there is no time for that), but in the end we had to solve the mistakes ourselves and it was so good. Unfortunately, only after the completion of the realization we learned that the focus of the construction in advance is charged. Next time we would pay for this service and architect's trip, it would certainly help the whole realization of the bathroom. The studio directly asked us a craftsman, specifically it was Mr. Vit Capek. Reportedly the studio did not know that the master was without a vehicle and papers, but nowadays, when orders are made known, it is hard to believe. From the beginning, the craftsman again acted seriously, realizing our bathroom will be a delicacy for a maximum of 2 weeks. Well after less than 4 months I have to evaluate that he did not quite manage it. Start of realization 29.4.2019, his last visit to us, when he repaired a badly seated door - he offered to set up the door as compensation for overall delays, but did not do this point for the first time (because he does not need to use spacer bars) was 11.8.2019. Meanwhile, he came to us to gradually repair the defects in the bathroom. We still wanted him to take away the waste (rubble, shredding tiles). After about 2 weeks of chasing and excuses (sick family member, intestinal virosis, and similar acquaintances) we understood that he would not take the waste away, eventually we disposed of it at our own expense, although his official quotation stated that waste removal is part of his work. But our patience was not endless. From the list of defects, mainly caused by himself, I will mention the following: poorly showered shower and bent drain trough poor handling (water outflow almost zero), the drain trough missing waterproofing, which nowhere, because it has never flowed anywhere. We insisted on waterproofing due to the recommendation of the studio, so we seem to be the only customers who have it there. Furthermore, he ignored the recommendations of the studio, which proposed a waterproof white paint on the unlabeled wall, and asserted that he painted the wall in his own way, that he has rich experience with it. But unfortunately he bought wood varnish and the next day we found with horror that the wall was yellow. He then sanded the whole wall and applied the stucco again, painted it and then painted the matt lacquer on the interior with us, the result is fine. I also enclose photos for an idea of ​​how this craftsman realizes beautiful designs of the bathroom studio. The details that make the whole work look perfect, eventually ruined it. So if you have a friend who will make you a bathroom, you are happy people. We don't have anyone around to help us with this, so we entrusted ourselves to the studio. Summary - I recommend the studio, beware of their agreed craftsmen, specifically Mr. Capek for us certainly not. I hope that this particular experience will save future customers much worries.
