★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodali nam poskozene zbozi a reklamaci hned v zapeti neuznali.
Sperk byl puvodne mirne zdeformovany (patrne zlatnickym instrumentariem) a pri prevozu jeste v krabicce z nej vypadl kamen. Na pricinu se prislo az pri reklamaci. Se sperkem jsme vubec nemanipulovali, presto je podle prodejce vina na nasi strane.
 They sold us damaged goods and did not recognize the claim right in the zapi.
Sperk was originally slightly deformed (probably goldsmith's instrumentation) and when transported in a box out of the stove fell out. The claim came from the complaint. We did not manipulate the jewelry at all, but the seller says that we are blamed on our side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozná kvalita!! Po nákupu prstýnku už po hodině vypadávali kaminky! A při reklamaci to bylo zamítnuto že se jedná o nesprávné nošení! A přitom moje paní měla prstýnek na prstě asi 30min když začali padat kaminky! Takže kvalita na dvě věci! A ochota to řešit ještě ještě horší
Terrible quality !! After buying the ring, the stones fell out after an hour! And during the complaint, it was rejected that it was an incorrect wear! And yet my lady had a ring on her finger for about 30 minutes when the stones started falling! So quality for two things! And the willingness to deal with it is even worse
