Jsem spokojená, není nic co bych vytknula. Paní doktorka je moc šikovná a pracovitá, sestřička je velice milá. Jednoznačně doporučuji.
I'm happy, there's nothing to reproach. The doctor is very handy and hardworking, the nurse is very nice. I definitely recommend.

Nedoporučuji, jsem se objednala den předem, ale následující den v ordinaci nikdo nebyl. Pani doktorka Dymová jednodušeji zapomněla. Nezodpovědný přístup.??
I do not recommend, I ordered the day before, but the next day no one was in the office. It was easier for Dr. Dym to forget. Irresponsible approach.??

Paní doktorka Dymova je velice příjemná, má profesionální přístup ke svým pacientům: vždy vysvětluje jaký zákrok bude provádět, komentuje co všechno bude dělat, je moc pečlivá. S dětmi to umí, když se bojí, uklidní je. Jsme její pacienti 6 let a s paní doktorkou velice spokojeni, neměnili by jsme ji za žádnou jinou?
Dr. Dymova is very nice, she has a professional approach to her patients: she always explains what procedure she will perform, comments on what she will do, she is very careful. He can do it with children, and when he is afraid, he calms them down. We are her patients for 6 years and she is very satisfied with the doctor, we would not exchange her for any other?

The worst experience in my life. Really the worst. I would strongly advise you TO AVOID that place, Viktoria in particular. Not only Viktoria is rude, unprofessional, and impolite, she thinks it’s normal to: 1. Add anesthesia without asking/notifying a patient 2. Talk on a phone while drilling your teeth 3. Discuss new office decorations with her colleague while working on your teeth 4. Accuse you of moving your appointment by 30 minutes earlier A WEEK IN ADVANCE, because actually she made a mistake and moved it 30 minutes later. 5. Trying to charge you for redoing your tooth after stating that she would do it for free. 6,7,8,9, 10.. I can go on and on really... Initially I went to her to whiten my teeth. The plan was to redo my front artificial tooth after whitening. Whitening went ok ( she was still trying to be politISH), but then the time came when I had to redo my front tooth. I had to do it 2 times. Imagine drilling your tooth almost all the way down, then “making a new artificial tooth”, then drilling it once again just to redo it again. Why twice ? Because the first time she made it too yellow ( stating that my teeth were too white, and believe me they are not). Well the point of whitening my teeth was to have them white... or ... am I missing something ...). The second time she ended up making the tooth too white that you can see the difference. Not going to go over the fact that while redoing my artificial tooth she touched roots and afterwards they had to be removed (I know now it might happen sometimes, but would have been nice to know about the possible risks in advance). She had never apologized for any inconvenience she caused me. I am not talking about pain and wasted time. I guess manners is also not her strength. Would not recommend her even to my enemy ( probably would ?).

I was quite satisfied with Viktoria and her work. She always explained the slightest details about what she was about to do to my teeth, why and what the risks were. But I myself ask a lot, maybe this is the reason. I as a patient could take informative decision based on her recommendations. It was only once that I had to wait for 1 hour because of the previous patient and she apologized for that and we agreed on a new appointment right away.
