After returning home, I applied for a 2-year card, so in 2017 I'm in the Czech Republic again? At the moment, the company has helped to make documents for the daughter to reunite with the family and are preparing documents for a 2-year card for the brother. PS. So there were different nuances, not an easy job but it's worth it.

In mid-January 2019, we started looking for work in the Czech Republic. After reviewing dozens of ads, we decided to stop at Top people or Aerojobs, because they did not require prepayment and detailed working conditions. Unfortunately, after the calls, it turned out that the vacancies offered in the advertisements were already occupied, while others needed specialists with official work experience. We waited more than a week, but places did not appear, they decided to contact another company. On the Europa Workintense company page there were several relatively lucrative offers, and negative reviews were mainly related to the inconsistency of living conditions with the declared ones or a lower payment. I called the indicated number and discussed the terms of work and agreements on obtaining documents for further employment. We filled out the questionnaires, provided scans of passports and waited. A week later, our applications were accepted and we were sent "checks" for payment of services in the amount of 5300 UAH. to each. We paid for the services on 11.02, discussed the time frame for the documents (up to 2.5 months, after which we said that we would terminate the contract if it was late). The agent said that work would be done by mid-April. Around April 15, agent Tatiana (Tetiana Ahosta) announced that the date of departure for work on June 10 had already been formed (which already falls outside the terms of the agreement). But since I really wanted to get to work in the Czech Republic, they agreed to wait. May 10 reminded her of the date, and that if after the 20th of the day they do not have documents, then physically we do not have time to start work, therefore the agreement will lose its relevance. In response, we were only asked to wait. Only 27.05. their employee called back after a trip to Uryad and said that we need to wait another 2 weeks, and then they will definitely receive our documents. In response to the statement that they missed the deadlines and the demand to return the money, they cannot say anything intelligible and are only trying to shift responsibility. The application for a refund was considered for more than two weeks, and then an answer was received, saying that the money would not be returned, since a period of 14 days had passed and a link to consumer protection laws was received. 2 more points, clarified as a result of preliminary investigation. Payment is carried out by the Ukrainian agency "Europe Visa Consulting", and documents in Prague are submitted to the agency Good Worker s.r.o., which makes it more difficult to hold them accountable for the lack of paid services, but violates the law on the safety of personal data. Good day. I want to leave a review about the company. Intending to go abroad, I was looking for a company that will help produce quality documents in the Czech Republic. Accidentally came across Workintense on the Internet, read the site, called the managers, talked and decided to apply. I decided to go with a friend. We paid the bills on Friday (advance), agreed with the manager Galina (Khust) all the conditions and made the payment. But it so happened that family difficulties arose the day after the submission of documents. I wrote to Galina on Saturday and she replied that all issues can be resolved on Monday (working day). I waited until Monday, called at 9 am, it was busy, but Galina called me back quickly. She said that the baskets will be returned, leave your card and wait for the transfer within 2 working days. And here everything happened much faster. 2 hours later a transfer came to my account. Thank you Galina, as well as the company for efficiency and loyalty to customers. I hope that in the future we will continue cooperation and the work will meet the stated international standards. 1. I was brought in and left in quarantine with another girl, although I have to go through quarantine alone. At the same time, the toilet, shower and kitchen were outside. Everyone ate there together. This not normal. Then, after the covid test, I was transported to another place and immediately sent to work. The shift was 12 hours, and 30 minutes for lunch, and lunch was from 13.30 to 14, and from 14 to 22 or until 23 (until the end of the shift) you can't even sit down, there are cameras everywhere. You can only go to the toilet and drink water. I was working and almost fainted from exhaustion ... At the same time, from work to the hotel, you need to walk along the field for about 30 minutes. When we returned to the hotel, we were told that the Internet needs to be bought, but the store in which they buy it works until 21 o'clock, and we returned at 22 and were left without communication. The next day I asked to let me go earlier in order to buy the Internet, they did not let me go. I worked until 23 o'clock. I said that I could not work 12-13 hours every day, but they answered me either you are working or you are leaving. Moreover, the workintense manager promised to bring a card for the Internet, but he never brought it and the next day I was sent back to work for 12 hours ... I could not tell my family where I was and what was with me for almost 4 days !!! This is also not normal. My salary is minimal, with such hard work, about 4 euros per hour. I don’t even know if taxes are paid for me, because no one wants to talk to me at all and they don’t explain anything, they only threaten that they will deport me! This is not permissible at all. I heard that they can forge documents and expel me as if I had violated something. No one can protect me. Moreover, I don't even know the Czech language, I can't even contact the police. I have no money for a lawyer, this firm is counting on it. And he does whatever he wants. I'm not alone. There are a lot of us. And we need help. I know that there are international organizations that are engaged in the protection of the rights of labor migrants. The manager Ivan Roizman, because of my question about the card, said at the agency that I did not want to work. I was fired. Now I don't know what to do at all. The agency said that he can do whatever he wants and they cannot influence the situation in any way. I'm looking forward to a new job .. It's a pity that I saw it late. This office is blacklisted by employers. They are looking for slaves, not employees.

At first I was very skeptical about the large number of negative reviews, but after visiting the agency and the subsequent meeting, we were surprised, thanks to their great approach and environment. As for the financial evaluation, I sometimes didn't complain. I always got the money on time and in order. So I have nothing to complain about. :)

Vorkintens knows how to do everything legally, it's very important to me. I have been working with them for a year now, and I am satisfied with both the approach and the opportunities that this company provides. And what I like most is that they don't stand still, there are always some new projects, and if something sometimes goes wrong, it's fixed. In a word - a solid company!

Not a serious company, a lot of nuances are silent. The salary was delayed, the contract was drawn up with the wrong dates and brought it during working hours, without giving me the opportunity to familiarize myself with it normally. Cons: salary is often not on time, documents need to be looked through very carefully and also with a delay, the work of a manager is not needed at all, it’s easier to do everything yourself.
