Po sérii schůzek s Perspectivem jsme ale dostali úplně nový pohled na věc a díký pečlivé analýze se nám podařilo pod jednu střechu dostat několik našich webů a aktivit fragmentovaných v různých systémech a webových prezentacích. Za mně super obohacující přístup a profesionální komunikace. At the beginning we wanted "only" a new website. After a series of meetings with Perspective, we got a whole new perspective and thanks to careful analysis we managed to get several of our websites and activities fragmented in different systems and web presentations under one roof. enriching approach and professional communication.

He thinks about all the details and often aptly draws attention to aspects of the user experience that the client does not realize himself. Recently, I have been pleased with their very creative and timeless approach, with which they set out to create graphics for the new website of the Prague Rudolfinum.

A první schůzky s Perspectivem nebyly vůbec o webu. Ale o nás, o našich záměrech, o našich hodnotách. A byli jsme dost překvapení, že „někdo cizí“ dokáže pojmenovat naše myšlenky lépe než my. V jednu chvíli jako kdyby nás i koučovali a my jsme přicházeli na další nové věci. Taková společná tvorba, hledání podstaty a dalších inspirací. A nakonec samozřejmě web. When you go to Perspective, forget about your idea of a website that they will "build" for you. We founded a new grammar school. And the first meetings with Perspective were not about the web at all. But about us, about our intentions, about our values. And we were quite surprised that "someone else" can name our thoughts better than we can. At one point, it was as if they were coaching us and we were coming up with other new things. Such joint creation, search for essence and other inspirations. And finally, of course, the web. P	Petr Höhn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Perspectivu pracuji zhruba rok jako UX designer a cením si několika věcí: 1. Princip "svoboda & zodpovědnost". Každý má v svobodu věnovat se tomu, čemu chce, co ho baví, plánovat si čas, jak potřebuje a projekty, na kterých pracuje jsou 100% v jeho rukou. 2. Není to o tom "pracovat pro někoho", ale spolupracovat. V Perspectivu nefunguje klasická pyramidová hierarchie. Všichni členové týmu respektují jeden druhého a není nikdo nad nikým. 3. V neposlední řadě oceňuji maximálně transparentní přístup. Ať už uvnitř Perspectiva nebo ve vztahu ke klientům, vždy se jedná upřímně a na rovinu. Jsem rád, že mohu být součástí! :) I have been working at Perspective for about a year as a UX designer and I appreciate a few things: 1. The principle of "freedom & responsibility". Everyone is free to do what they want, what they enjoy, plan their time as they need and the projects they work on are 100% in their hands. 2. It's not about "working for someone", but working together. The classic pyramid hierarchy does not work in Perspective. All team members respect each other and there is no one above anyone. 3. Last but not least, I appreciate the most transparent approach. Whether within Perspective or in relation to clients, it is always honest and straightforward. I'm glad I can be a part of it! :)

Profesionalita se kterou přistupují k práci, příjemná komunikace, férovost a samostatnost, jsou vlastnosti díky kterým se velmi rychle dostali na přední příčky, pokud je třeba se na někoho obrátit s UX/UI designem (a věřím, že stejný přístup nabízí i v dalších pooblastech). Nikdy jsem se nesetkala s nedodělaným/nepropracovaným zadáním. Pokud se na něčem domluvíme, vždy je to platné na 100%. Oceňuji i vlastní iniciativu a myšlenky, které do projektů vkládají. Projekty které zpracovávají si vezmou opravdu za své. Nemohu jinak, než doporučit a sama se těším na další spolupráci. Díky Working with members of the Perspectivo team is simply great. The professionalism with which they approach work, pleasant communication, fairness and independence are the qualities that have brought them to the forefront very quickly if you need to turn to someone with UX / UI design (and I believe that it offers the same approach in other areas ). I have never encountered an unfinished / unfinished assignment. If we agree on something, it is always 100% valid. I also appreciate the initiative and ideas they put into the projects. The projects they work on will really take over. I can only recommend and I look forward to further cooperation. Thanks
