★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od pana Rajského dostanete nejen rady jak co nejlépe připravit kvas. Co do něj patří a nepatří a jak jej správně připravit a jak dlouho nechat kvasit. Pálení již nechejte na něm. Budete překvapení vůní i chutí. Letošní Calvados se mimořádně povedl :-) a Slivovička ???. hmmm Švestky z Pavlovic vypálené v Plesné, to prostě nemůže mít chybu.
Mr. Rajský will not only get advice on how best to prepare the leaven. What belongs and does not belong and how to prepare it properly and how long to ferment. Leave the burning on it. You will be surprised by aromas and tastes. This year Calvados was very successful :-) and Slivovitz ???. hmmm Plums from Pavlovice burned in Plesna, it just can't have a mistake.
