★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hlasila jsem se do teto neziskovky o misto. Splnovala jsem vsechny pozadavky a nektere jsem i prekracovala. Presto jsem temer okamzite dostala zamitavou odpoved. Kdyz jsem chtela vedet proc, reditelka mi to odmitla do telefonu sdelit, ze pry posle email. Trvalo ji asi ctyri dny poslat nic nerikajici email. Mezitim i potom si me ulozila a nezvedala mi telefon. Velice netransparentni chovani zavanejici nejakym kamaradschaftem.
Tak mi volala nejaka pani a vysvetlila mi velice agresivnim zpusobem, ze si mohou vzit koho chteji bez jakychkoli objektivnich duvodu. Jsem teda prekvapena, myslela jsem ze neziskovky funguji trochu jinak a hlavne ze jsou tam lidi, ktery na Vas nervou, kdyz chcete vedet duvod odmitnuti pripadne, jak je neziskovka financovana. To je jeste horsi chovani nez znam z komerce.
 I volunteered for this nonprofit. I met all the requirements and even exceeded some. Nevertheless, I received an immediate response almost immediately. When I wanted to know why, the director refused to tell me on the phone that she would send an email. It took her about four days to send a never-ending email. In the meantime, even then you saved me and didn't answer my phone. Very non-transparent behavior smelled of some kind of friendship.
So a lady called me and explained to me in a very aggressive way that they could marry anyone they wanted without any objective reasons. So I'm surprised, I thought that the non-profit works a little differently and especially that there are people who are annoying you, if you want to know the reason for the rejection or how the non-profit is financed. This is even worse behavior than I know from commerce.
