I run my own small business in Toronto, Ontario and ordering buckle from this company was not affordable but I took a risk to better serve my customers. Firstly, I accidentally forgot to add 3 items to my cart and thankfully I emailed the company right away when I realized this. Luckily, they were able to adjust the shipment before it shipped out (so I thought). However, I soon received another email that my order had shipped. I was very disappointed because the shipping alone on this package was over $70 and now I would have to place another order for a simple mistake. I tried to explain my situation to this company and even though they originally told me that they would adjust my shipment before shipping it out they did not hold up their end of the bargain. They quickly dismissed multiple emails and told me that there is nothing they can do and I would have to place another order. On top of that, two weeks later when my package finally arrived I have already noticed that some of the rose gold buckles have large areas that are green. I am very disappointed in the product and their customer service. I was hoping to be a life long customer but it looks as though I will be back to the drawing board looking for another retailer.
