X	X Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vybral jsem si tento servis abych měl klimatizaci v pořádku. No jsem lehčí cca o 7300,-Kč mam sice novo trubku za 1700,- ale klimu nefunkční. Auto pojede do jiného servisu. Čekal bych že když už se na to aspoň podívají tak hned odhalí závady. Vymění trubku a po pár týdnech je klima stejne nefunkční a prázdna kvůli kompresoru. Takže profesionalita dost mizerná. Již nikdy a s radostí vás bude všude NEDOPORUČOVAT !! I chose this service to have the air conditioning in order. Well, I'm about 7300 CZK lighter, although I have a new tube for 1700, - but the climate doesn't work. The car will go to another service. I would expect that if they at least look at it, they will immediately reveal defects. They replace the pipe and after a few weeks the climate is still inoperative and empty due to the compressor. So the professionalism is pretty lousy. Never again and happily will RECOMMEND you everywhere !!

Na žádost o zdůvodnění jsem slyšel jen úšklebky a výmluvy. Nekorektní jednání. Také jsem žádal o předvedení funkčnosti. Prý je to již ověřeno a nic se předvádět nebude. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. At the request for justification, I heard only smirks and excuses. Improper conduct. I also asked for a demonstration of functionality. It is said that it has already been verified and nothing will be shown. Definitely not recommended.

Pan Pekarek byl vstricny a i ve velmi vytizenem servisu nasel viceme ze dne na den prostor pro opravu, abychom vcas mohli odjet na dovolenou. Co slibil, to dodrzel. Dekuji. I recommend. I'm very satisfied. Mr. Pekarek was accommodating and even in a very busy service we found more and more room for repairs so that we could go on vacation in time. He kept his promises. Thank you.

How can someone do something they don't enjoy and make it happen to customers, for so long, I don't understand. I stopped a few times and maybe only once I bought something here.

Počítal jsem, že tam budu mít auto minimálně dva týdny a auto bylo hotové za 9 dní. Rychlost, cena, kvalita super. Pan majitel je velice ochotný. Za mě TOP. Ještě jednou moc děkuji za Vaši odvedenou práci. I highly recommend this service. I put it there with the corrosion of the fenders and sills + I was arranged by the MOT. I calculated that I would have a car there for at least two weeks and the car was ready in 9 days. Speed, price, super quality. The owner is very helpful. TOP for me. Thank you very much again for your work.

Po telefonu mi bylo slíbeno, že auto odtáhnou a druhý den mi dají vědět, kde je problém. Nakonec jsem dostal vyjádření o stavu skoro po týdnu. Verdikt byl, že by se musel rozebrat celý motor a že to bude stát desetitisíce (hrozili až výměnou motoru). Od začátku samé předsudky, že je to tříválec a nic nevydrží... Auto jsem si odtáhl do jiného servisu - při předávání veliká neochota, všichni nepříjemní. Jiný autoservis nakonec auto opravil "pouhým" vyčištěním jakýchsi části motoru a cena opravy byla v řádu stokorun. Za mě tedy rozhodně nedoporučuji ? I was promised on the phone that they would tow the car and the next day they would let me know where the problem was. Eventually, I received a statement about the condition after almost a week. The verdict was that the whole engine would have to be dismantled and that it would cost tens of thousands (they threatened to replace the engine). From the very beginning, the prejudice that it is a three-cylinder and nothing will last ... I towed the car to another service station - a great reluctance to hand over it, everyone is uncomfortable. Another car repair shop eventually repaired the car "simply" by cleaning some parts of the engine and the price of the repair was in the order of a hundred crowns. So I definitely do not recommend mě
