n	nikola mizerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkety nejsou precizně vybroušené, zalakovane nečistoty, i když byla domluvená cena ( 350 Kč/m)..kdy mi bylo řečeno že cena je pevná, a zakázku předem vidět nemusí, že mají mnoholeté zkušenosti- bylo na místě řečeno, že musí cenu navýšit na 400 Kc/ m... takže pozor, cenu navýšili z důvodu že je opravdu odolný starý lak.Bohuzel ale zůstali vidět vyšlapané místa ( tam kde byl starý lak odřený...)..a prostě to odflakli a nevybrousili starý lak pořádně. Nějaké místa pod topením to ani nemluvím. Původně mi bylo řečeno, že vysoce zátěžový lak musí schnout každá vrstva 8-12 h( byly 2 vrstvy)..a mezitím musí proběhnout mezi broušení...na místě, že dají jiný lak a ten stačí schnout půl hodiny.. pochybuji že mezi brus proběhl... Reklamovala jsem podlahu z důvodu že starého zalakovaneho laku,a suchých map bez laku. Přišel majitel/i majitelka a jeden z těch co dělal podlahu... dělal ze mě blbce že ty mapy starého laku je barva dřeva. No jsem opravdu nešťastná a vůbec ne spokojená, suchá místa ( drsná) jsou stále.Firmu nedoporučuji. I was originally told that a high-stress varnish must dry every coat for 8-12 hours (there were 2 coats) .. and in the meantime it must take place between sanding ... on the spot that they put another varnish and it just dries for half an hour .. I doubt that between the grinding took place ... I complained about the floor because of the old varnished paint, and dry maps without paint. The owner came and one of those who made the floor ... made a fool of me that the maps of old paint are the color of wood. Well, I'm really unhappy and not at all satisfied, dry places (rough) are still. I don't recommend the company.

Práce proběhli k nasi spokojenosti. Mohu jen doporučit. Firma parkety-servis spokojenost. Doporučujeme. L	Lucie F (tulip131) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oslovila jsem pana Úlehlu o opravu dřevěné podlahy tzv kantovka, nejdříve nekonečná domluva, kdy nereagovali dle smluveného. Nakonec dorazil jeden z pracovníků, vystupoval, že ví co dělá, ale opak pravdou. Několik změn v termínech, při odstranění lišt se jim podařilo odstranit i omítku, při lakování lišt pro změnu nalakovali i zeď, podlaha nebyla hladká, spáry nevyplněné, spálené místa, lišta mezi dveřmi nalepená krivě, nalakované zárubně dveří. Po reklamaci a z důvodu zvířete v domácnosti ( dali vodou ředitelny lak, o zvířeti v domácnosti věděli ) další broušení a lakování syntetikou což stalo o další 5tis navíc a nic neuznali jako reklamaci, že je to běžné, že se to při práci stává. Zůstaly po nich fleky v chodbě na kamenné podlaze, jak odkládali nádoby s lakem, ze kterých kapalo. Zalakované nečistoty. Jak vidím většina lidí ji napíše v případě nespokojenosti, tudíž mne ještě více mrzí, že chválím firmu až teď. Opravdu jsem velmi spokojená. Výsledná práce úžasná , celý byt prokoukl a domluva také v pořádku. It's been a long time since one of my craftsmen made flooring, promising a review and getting to it now. Na broušení podlahy poslal nějakého učně, který brousil takovým způsobem, ze nic nezalepil, nezavrel dvere do jiných místnosti a dokonce ani skříně. Po návratu z dovolené nás čekal šok, ze jsme téměř breceli. Byt jsme za pomoci úklidové firmy a 4 lidi dávali 3 dny dohromady. Prach naprosto všude, počínaje oblečením až po dětskou postýlku. Na místě pracovitý a slušný člověk, za 4 hodiny byl pokoj zrenovovaný a výsledek rozhodně stojí za to. Díky moc.
