★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za prvni republiky se zde tezil vapenec doslova ve dne v noci. Firma vyborne prosperovala. Vytezeny material se zpravovaval primo na miste. Vapenec se dodaval do zelezaren, sklaren, cukrovaru i papiren. Byla zde vybudovana i vapenice. Vyroba vapna zde byla zastavena za druhe sv.valky. V 60 tych letech byla ukoncena tezba vapence. V soucasne dobe zde sidli firma, ktera vyrabi cisticky odpadnich vod. Areal je zpustoseny. Na okraji lomu stoji kamenna Osvetlovaci vez. Stavba je unikatni technickou pamatkou, ale jeji slava je davno pryc. Opravu i udrzbu by opravdu potrebovala. Je s opatrnosti pristupna.

Limestone was supplied to ironworks, glassworks, sugar factories and paper mills. Limestone was also built here. Lime production was stopped here during the Second Holy War. Limestone mining was terminated in the 1960s. At present, a company that produces wastewater treatment plants is located here. The area is devastated. At the edge of the quarry stands a stone Lighting Tower. The building is a unique technical monument, but its glory is long gone. She would really need repair and maintenance. It is approached with caution.
