Classic "service". I'd rather not call there. Why do the sellers think that the customer will know how they are doing the searches or how they agree ?! All you need to do is to correctly explain and propose a solution instead of blaming the customer.

In a word, DISSATISFACTION! I bought a Peugeot elsewhere with a mileage of 20 km, after a few km I found out that the download of the right front window does not work. We drove here, with the proviso that the car was here for a total of a week !!! In this car service, they replaced only the cheapest parts (seals, cleaned something, etc.), for the first time we were on our way that everything was already repaired, and the gentleman called that it doesn't work again, let's not drive. So after the next few days we arrived again, and the world wondered - it didn't work again. So we preferred to take the car anyway, and have it repaired in Brno at FAMKU. I waited there for two hours, they replaced the downloader and everything works. I'm talking about the fact that the door is probably crossed, that someone did something with it and that's why the puller doesn't work, I probably don't even comment. We were not entitled to a replacement vehicle because the car was NOT immobile. However, the fact that we had to go there a total of three times with another car during the week in order to get to the serviced car at all is probably okay. Maybe next time it would be worth trying to find a definitive solution and not just try something all the time. The car is still 4 years under warranty, so I do not understand such cavyky around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you do not have a lot of time with which you do not know what!

Please note in advance that I cannot evaluate the service because I am not local and I have never used its services. I rate the sale of cars - one with an asterisk. I have already bought a new car from them twice, in both cases a stock car and in both the price was the best in the Czech Republic. Even so, the last time I got a free tracking system worth 6000 CZK in the car, all other accessories - towing equipment, changing to second wheels with winter tires - already with a big discount - were installed for free. Great deal, everything was accurately and clearly communicated and adhered to. Thank you and in some 6-8 years I look forward to it again :-)
