★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný prostředek na zpevnění těla a na relax. Zkušené kvalifikovane instruktorky rady pomuzou, predvedou a hlidaji vas, aby jste si spatnym provedenim neublizili. Ze zacatku je hot yoga sice zahul, ale po treti lekci si telo zvykne a clovek se uz jen tesi na dalsi lekce. Take i kvuli tomu, ze co lekce, to pokrok.

From the beginning, hot yoga, although he hooked, but after the third lesson the body gets used to and you are just looking forward to the next lesson. Take well because of what lessons, do progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelné místo s lektorkou Nikčou! Málo kdy píši review a hlavně, když na nějaké místo přijdu poprvé, ale upřímně, tady by mě to nenechalo spát. Toto místo je magické a není to jenom tím příjemným designem, do kterého je studio naaranžované, ale především energií, které dřímá v lektorce Nikče. Nikča je profesionálka, která ví co dělá, vnímá yogu a její praxi na mnohem vyšší úrovní než většina lektorů, s kterými jsem se setkala. Dnes jsem poprvé pocítila co pravá yoga znamená, správné dýchání, držení těla, propojení mysli s tělem a taky to, že to není cíl, ale cesta. Niky díky a už se těším na další lekci :)
Incredible place with lecturer Nikča! I rarely write a review and especially when I come to a place for the first time, but honestly, it wouldn't let me sleep here. This place is magical and it is not only the pleasant design that the studio is arranged for, but above all the energy that is sleeping in the lecturer Nikča. Nikča is a professional who knows what she does, perceives yoga and her practice at a much higher level than most teachers I have met. Today, for the first time, I felt what true yoga meant, proper breathing, posture, mind-body interconnection, and also that it was not the goal but the way. Niky thanks and I'm looking forward to the next lesson :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was living in Brno, this studio was called Hot Yoga Balkan. This place is inside a club, and bowling alley. I attended about three classes, and unfortunately, they closed it because it was changing owners. I had to look for another hot yoga studio and my plan was to go back once it open again. It didn't happen while I was there. Now I see that It goes by a different name. I will try to visit it again if I go back to Brno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was delighted by good energy and clean environment. Yoga mats and towels are provided for a very small fee. Nice showers and clean locker room. You can also get a refreshing coconut juice after the lesson. They speak some English so you will be ok if you do not understand Czech. Just look to see what others are doing and follow. Very easy. Great time.
