My experience with Mr. Horner is dismal. I wrote him about the window sills on the family house. He arrived, looked, said he would send the offer. And the day before the assembly (today) he told me that he could not wait from the sixth morning at the workshop to confirm the preparation and nothing to do in addition that it included the work of another orderer and that it canceled the order. I would be willing to understand if I had not had mixed feelings since the weekend, when it came out of his mouth that he was rather trying to find a way to avoid the order, I would also be willing to understand that he would prefer another contract and me in a few days shifted.
