I came for a cough syrup. I told the pharmacy that I mainly want alcohol-free syrup because I work as a driver. And what did the pharmacist give me? Syrup with alcohol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochotný přístup personálu při předložení občanského průkazu mé matky na vyzvednutí e-recept. Odpověď zněla.,nemám jak zkontrolovat totožnost paní (podle zákona). Toto se mi stalo poprvé při vyzvednutí e-receptů. Absolutně nelogická odpověď, lékárna zjišťuje totožnost při předložení telefonu s kódem na recept, tak jako zjišťuje totožnost při předložení tištěné formy e.-receptů?? Nejhorší přístup lékárny který jsem zažila.
Reluctant attitude of the staff when presenting my mother's ID card to pick up the e-recipe. The answer was., I have no way to check the identity of the lady (by law). This happened to me for the first time when picking up e-recipes. Absolutely illogical answer, the pharmacy finds out the identity when presenting the phone with the prescription code, just as it finds out the identity when presenting the printed form of e.-prescriptions ?? The worst pharmacy approach I've ever experienced.
