★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely best Pho outside of Vietnam. Huge bowls for few bucks. Also providing awesome self made toppings like garlic in oil and roasted onions & garlic.
We always eat here when around.
Don't think of a fancy restaurant, though. It is more of a bistro.
