Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with the products, I cannot recommend the company. Although the exact installation procedure was followed. The stone carpet is not the same color. The company distances itself from the problem and constantly invents other variants / excuses why not accept the complaint. Installation was easy but the result is worthless! Stone carpet yes, but from another company.

We bought a Piedra floating floor based on a lot of media promotion in the hope that it is a really great product, despite the higher price, and that is why we are very dissatisfied. The floor was broken during installation, despite careful handling, the stones peeled off and the worst thing is that some of the cubes had a different color shade than they should have. In the final, thanks to those parts, the floor does not look nice. Very big disappointment especially because of the price and quality.

Piedra prides itself on quality and advertising and we wanted to implement it around our pool. Unfortunately, employees at the Brno branch are a total run. After talking with the lady on the phone, we stopped personally, the arrogant gentleman laughed at us completely, that we should not ride at all and we agreed with him to prize according to the submitted photos allegedly within a few hours. After several reminders, he sent us the prize after three days and with a very "exaggerated" amount, which was about 60 thousand higher than according to the price list. In the end, we agreed with another craftsman that he would put us on the pedestal and a new carousel started here. We bought and paid for the material to be "stocked" unfortunately found in the warehouse that they did not have the goods at all. After a few days, the material arrived, but in the warehouse he was not able to catch it and other excuses. I definitely do not recommend the Brno branch. We bought the material from you through the craftsman who laid the carpet on us and definitely his work was cheaper than your offer. Perhaps your employees have started to work after complaints about your Brno branch, and you are doing quicker work, but it was definitely not the case last year. Even your employee from your branch still called us after more than a month from our visit, what we are saying about his offer - we referred him to Google reviews and if he was kidding, he laid the phone arrogantly and we had already laid the carpet long ago.
