★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěli jsme si najít kvalitní pohřební službu. Spoléhali jsme na dlouhodobou značku. Předali jsme maminky věci a bylo nám přislíbeno, že maminku oblečou. Nejdříve nás vyděsili (ačkoli maminka zemřela kvůli srdíčku), že maminka je ve špatném stavu. Člověku to způsobí obrovské psychické trápení. Až na pohřbu jsme zjistili, že lidé z Piety maminku neoblékli a neupravili ač neexistoval důvod, proč by neměla z tohoto světa odejít důstojně.Prý to nešlo. Jsme vděční, že nám alespoň pracovníci krematoria vyšli vstříc a u nich vše šlo jak mělo. Lajdácký postup Piety je pro nás šokující a jejich výmluvu do televize bereme jako nesmyslnou a účelovou, protože byla jedna z mnoha špatných výmluv.Ani vrácení peněz nám bohužel tuto událost nedokáže nikdy vynahradit :(((
 We wanted to find a quality funeral service. We relied on a long-term brand. We gave the mothers things and we were promised to wear mum. At first, we were scared (though Mom died because of a heartbreak) that Mom was in bad shape. It causes a great deal of psychological suffering. Except for the funeral, we found out that the people of Pieta had not dressed their mothers and had not modified them, although there was no reason why she should not leave this world with dignity. We are grateful that at least the employees of the crematorium met us and everything went well. Pieta's mischievous approach is shocking to us, and we take their excuse on television as meaningless and purposeful, because it was one of the many bad excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po úmrtí mého manžela jsme se rozhodli pro pohřební službu Pieta Trejbal v Pardubicích a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Odvoz manžela, který zemřel doma byl důstojný. Paní Jamberová se nám následující den v kanceláři víc jak hodinu plně věnovala, vytiskla krásné parte a velmi nám pomohla svými radami a zkušenostmi. Samotný obřad byl bez chybičky, květiny nádherné.
Pietu mohu každému v této těžké chvíli jen doporučit.
After the death of my husband, we decided for the funeral service of Pieta Trejbal in Pardubice and we were very satisfied. The removal of the husband, who died at home, was dignified. Mrs. Jamberová devoted herself to us in the office for more than an hour the next day, printed out beautiful parts and helped us a lot with her advice and experience. The ceremony itself was flawless, the flowers beautiful.
I can only recommend Piet to everyone at this difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den. Při úmrtí blízké osoby jsem byl velice rozrušen. Vyřizoval jsem v kanceláři na 17.listopadu kremaci a paní byla velice příjemná, ochotná a citlivá. Po chvíli jsem se dal její pomocí psychicky do pořádku a vše vyřídil. Tato firma na poslední cestu člověka má opravdu profesionální a lidský přístup. Good day. I was very upset when a loved one died. I handled the cremation in the office on November 17 and the lady was very nice, helpful and sensitive. After a while, I helped her mentally in order and took care of everything. This company has a really professional and human approach to the last journey of a person.
