It is a pity that the application instructions do not include a very important warning that it should be applied to the body over small areas and spread as soon as possible so that the polish does not dry out. Now my body is in a terrible condition and it is no longer possible to fly it off. I was advised to go to Zlín, buy a few cheerleaders, or have it solved by a company. And unfortunately, as late, I found out that it would do about 5,000 CZK. I don't know who would like such an application, but I don't want to hear about Pikatec anymore. I wanted the car to look nice and not as dirty and smudged. I don't understand how anyone could create such an application guide. I am not a beginner in the field of car cosmetics, maintaining paint has always been my business card and I started doing it about 50 years ago. Dear company management, thank you for your efforts to help me with the condition of the paint after applying your product. The fact that the application of the product to the varnish is different than that of other products, so I found out too late. That's why I called the infoline for advice from your staff. They were very helpful and helpful. They also sent me more polishers, but I could be spared such hard work and the paintwork of my vehicle could look completely different. And as for the enclosed "instructions for use", according to your explanation, it is necessary to buy a computer and study the application of the product there. When I was communicating with the infoline, I asked where it was stated that I had to apply the product on small areas and immediately polish it! I didn't find that anywhere. Could you please tell me on which page of the manual I will find it? Unfortunately, I miss the detailed instructions for use as determined by our legislation !! And that's why the condition of my car's paintwork is very bad for me. I will hope that the layer will be wiped off soon and I will use the classic paint protection, which I have verified and works. Dear Sirs, Please send me the required page number of your user manual as I requested earlier? So far, you have not convinced me that the instructions provided are correct. Thank you.

Good day. We would also like to share our experience. We decided to apply pikatec by a professional who was to carry out a paint renovation in addition to the application. After picking up, our vehicle did not look exactly as imagined. Due to doubts, we contacted the PIKATEC headquarters in Čestlice by phone, where we were already very surprised by the helpfulness, willingness and interest in solving our problem during the first call. Subsequently, we were offered the opportunity to transport the car to Čestlice, where an axle will be arranged. Here they took us very willingly. After three days we were able to pick up the vehicle. Apart from his two colleagues, who took good care of us, the vehicle was handed over to us by the owner himself. Everything we needed to know about nanotechnology was carefully explained to us, including a demonstration of the functionality on our vehicle. In conclusion, we want to express our surprise that there is decency, diligence, professionalism and, above all, humanity at the center. The appearance of our car after professional intervention and application of PIKATEC nanotechnology is really an imaginary icing on the cake of our visit to Čestlice. Definitely ten stars out of five for us! We still don't believe we got our car back. Once again a huge THANK YOU :)

When I searched the internet for a company that deals with car cosmetics, I found Pikatec by chance. I had no experience with it and in truth I was a little afraid to hand over a relatively expensive car to a unknown company for 24 hours. I was also afraid to apply this protection to the car myself. I considered it more appropriate to entrust the car to experts. After several pleasant phone calls, I decided and made an appointment. Right from the first visit to the branch in Čestlice, I lost all worries. The professional and pleasant behavior pleasantly surprised me, there is really a sense of customer approach and emphasis on communication with the customer. I picked up the car the next day, everything was absolutely fine. As a bonus, I received polishing small scratches and cleaning the car for the Diamod set. After driving about 1000 km, I washed the car by hand and the difference is simply noticeable. Dirt can be removed from the glass and paint much better, I just washed a little with the discs, I still have to ask if I followed the correct procedure. However, the difference is striking, and if this nano-protection lasts longer than a year, I will definitely decide for it again. The price of the Diamond + app set may seem high to someone, that's for sure (I paid something around 6 180 CZK - 15.7.2020) however, if you pamper your car and are interested in keeping its exterior in good condition, this seems like the right way . We'll see what the next few months bring, but so far it looks like the money spent like this is a good investment.
