The foundations of PILANA were laid in 1934 when Mr. Studeník established PILANA in Hulín – to “manufacture wood cutting and other tools for woodworking“. Currently, the PILANA brand is shared among several companies. Each company specializes in different range of cutting tools. Each company manufactures and sells these tools themselves.
