★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná se o velmi příjemné studio, až s domáckou atmosférou. Hodinové lekce reformer jsou vedeny velmi profesionálně s citlivým a individuálním přístupem. Není ani opomenuto na zdravotní problémy cvičících. Již jsem jejích služeb využila a využívám a nemohu si vynachválit, i když to zrovna není v centru Prahy, ale díky tomu prostředí a přístupu člověk si i popojede. Studio si zakládá na tom, že se naučíte cvičit správně. Prostředí čisté, útulné, voda/káva. Všem vřele doporučuji, hlavně těm, kterým, chtějí něco udělat i pro svoji duši.
This is a very nice studio, with a homely atmosphere. The reformer lessons are conducted very professionally with a sensitive and individual approach. The health problems of the trainees are not neglected either. I have already used her services and I use them and I can't praise myself, even though it's not exactly in the center of Prague, but thanks to that environment and approach, you can even drive. The studio is based on the fact that you will learn to exercise properly. Environment clean, cozy, water / coffee. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially those to whom they want to do something for their soul.
