★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piva z nabídky pivovaru Loutkář mě hrozně baví, protože rozhodně nepatří do kategorie nudných univerzálních konzumních piv. Zatím za mě naprostá topovka je Mozaika.
Pivovaru přeji mnoho úspěchů. Udělené hodnocení se vztahuje k pivu, které jsem si odnesl domů, nikoli k restauraci. Tu zatím, bohužel, hodnotit nemůžu.
I really enjoy the beers from the Loutkář brewery, because they definitely do not belong to the category of boring universal consumer beers. So far, the absolute top piece for me is Mosaic.
I wish the brewery a lot of success. The rating given relates to the beer I took home, not to a restaurant. Unfortunately, I can't evaluate it yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pivo skvělé i prostředí. Co mě trochu zklamalo tak byla obsluha. Uprostřed rozhovoru, kdy si objednávám přijde jiný číšník a předá kolegyni objednávku od jiného stolu a ta se bez jakéhokoli slova otočí a odejde uprostřed věty.
Při objednávce 3 velkých prkének s utopenci, sýry, tlačenkou atd. kde je v cenně i košík s pečivem. Přinese obsluha jeden košík namísto 3 se slovy "došel nám chleba, budete si muset poradit s jedním". Toto mi nepřijde jako jednání se zákazníkem na úrovni vyspělé společnosti 21. století.
Chápu, že byl podnik plný lidí a obsluha měla náročný večer, nicméně říct "omlouvám se, máme toho hodně hned sem u Vás" by také budilo trochu jiný dojem. :)
Pivovar na mě působil dobře, pivo bylo skvělé a nakonec jsme se i dobře najedli. Sundávám jednu hvězdičku za obsluhu a doufám, že příště budeme mít větší štěstí.
Great beer and environment. What disappointed me a little was the staff. In the middle of a conversation, when I am ordering, another waiter arrives and hands the order to a colleague from another table, and she turns without a word and leaves in the middle of the sentence.
When ordering 3 large boards with drowning, cheese, press, etc., where there is a valuable basket with pastries. The staff will bring one basket instead of 3 with the words "we ran out of bread, you will have to deal with one". This does not strike me as dealing with a customer at the level of an advanced 21st century society.
I understand that the company was full of people and the staff had a busy evening, but to say "I'm sorry, we have a lot right here with you" would also make a slightly different impression. :)
The brewery looked good on me, the beer was great and in the end we ate well. I'm taking down one star for the service and I hope we'll be happier next time.
