Zároveň má pivovar velmi milou paní sládkovou, která nám ochotně vysvětlila rozdíly mezi jednotlivmi druhy piv. S	S Luppi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mehrere Biere der Proud Brauerei probiert, darunter auch ein alkoholfreies IPA! Alle haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Brauer sind absolute Profis und das schmeckt man auch. Gerade an das alkoholfreie IPA könnte ich mich gewöhnen, wenn ich fahre oder noch arbeiten will. Wirklich sehr gute Biere! Leider konnte ich die Brauerei in einem alten Kraftwerksgebäude noch nicht ausgiebig anschauen, aber das hole ich nach. I've tried several beers from the Proud Brewery, including an alcohol-free IPA! All tasted very good. The brewers are absolute professionals and you can taste that too. I could get used to the alcohol-free IPA when I drive or want to work. Really very good beers! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to take a long look at the brewery in an old power station building, but I'll catch up on that.

Po úvodním slově paní průvodkyně jsme se ocitli před budovou původní prazdrojské elektrárny, která slouží novému účelu – pivovaru Proud. Před vstupem se nás ujal přímo pan ředitel/sládek, z kterého byl znát zápal pro věc, pivní vášeň a odvaha experimentovat. Za společnosti pana ředitele proběhla exkurze budovou/pivovaru a samotná ochutnávka piv. U degustací celkem pěti piv probíhala zajímavá debata a dotazy. Samotná ukázka piv mne mile překvapila. Činnost a ambice tohoto pivovaru jsou obdivuhodné. Zároveň je skvělé vidět, že se původní budovy prazdrojského areálu renovují a znovu využívají k dalším účelům, protože pivovar sídlí právě v citlivě rekonstruované budově stoleté elektrárny. V ohledu na předchozí klasickou exkurzi Plzeňského Prazdroje doporučuji obě prohlídky, a tu proudovskou spíše jako druhou, takovou „nadstavbu“ ? A klidně to mohlo být delší. Přeji Vám, ať se podaří dotáhnout komplexní rekonstrukci elektrárny a jsem zvědavý na budoucí využití. Díky. Below I evaluate the excursion of the Proud brewery. After the introductory word of the guide, we found ourselves in front of the building of the original Prazdroj power plant, which serves a new purpose - the Proud brewery. Before entering, we were taken in directly by the director / brewer, who knew the passion for the cause, the beer passion and the courage to experiment. On behalf of the director, there was an excursion through the building / brewery and the beer tasting itself. An interesting debate and questions took place during the tastings of a total of five beers. The beer demonstration itself pleasantly surprised me. The activities and ambitions of this brewery are admirable. At the same time, it is great to see that the original buildings of the Prazdroj complex are being renovated and reused for other purposes, because the brewery is housed in the sensitively reconstructed building of the century-old power plant. With regard to the previous classic excursion of Plzeňský Prazdroj, I recommend both tours, and the one from the Stream, as such a "superstructure" ? And it could have been longer. I wish you that the comprehensive reconstruction of the power plant will be completed and I am curious about the future use. Thanks.
