In order not to be a dungeon, I have to admit that they can cook, that must be allowed to them. Unfortunately, the praise ends here. Waiting more than two hours for food at a delivery company comes to me a lot across the line. We ordered a knee, it came in a box. Unfortunately, the box was built in a bag. So the little bit of the knee was in a bag and cucumbers, horseradish and mustard in one pile. Some of the french fries we ordered were warm, yes, but unfortunately so rubbery that my children refused to eat them. The bucket we had was already fine. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience. There were already a lot of them. I can recommend this company only if you like good food but you are willing to suffer from a huge poor service and long delivery time. Addition: After the review, I was contacted and in a pleasant and friendly spirit, we constructively exchanged views on the situation from the perspective of the customer and the supplier. The situation was explained to me, an error was acknowledged and compensation was offered. (I refused with thanks, according to my review it does not serve to recover compensation but to inform other potential customers and possible push the trader further) I appreciate that he can acknowledge the mistake and face it. Therefore, I am adding an asterisk and I will hope that they will improve. They have room for that.
