★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zážitek za všechny peníze....
Za dobu naší návštěvy se jim jedna pizza připálila a dělali ji znovu, nebyla pro nás a chápu, že se to může stát. Je ale srandovni poslouchat ty komentáře.
Celkově ale pracovní tempo osazenstva bylo tristní (za hodinu neuklidili stůl vedle nás, od zbytků po minulém návštěvníkovi) a i kdyby se připálila i naše pizza či se stalo cokoliv jiného, tak čekat 35 minut (v prázdné pobočce) na 2 pizzy je strašné a šílené... Obzvlášť, po informací, že vše bude za 10 minut od placení!
Během toho čekání jsme po 20 minutách dostali krom omluvy i pozornost, v podobě 1 pití navíc, aspoň něco, díky.
Chuťově byla pizza v pořádku.
Co je ale pro mě absolutně nepochopitelné a nechutné, že po procházce pobočkou při vytváření bochánků těsta, se pracovnice sebere a sedne si s kolegyní hned vedle vstupních dveří a vykouří si tam tu jednu. No snad si ruce s nehty pak, ty 2 minuty co nebyla vidět v zázemí, skutečně drhla... Jednak běžte kouřit aspoň za roh a to těsto by jste mohli dělat taky v rukavicích! Když je stejně používáte pri práci s těstem před jeho zdobením surovinami....

During our visit, one pizza burned down and they made it again, it was not for us and I understand that it can happen. But it's funny to listen to those comments.
But overall, the work pace of the staff was sad (they didn't clean the table next to us in an hour, from leftovers to the last visitor) and even if our pizza burned or whatever happened, waiting 35 minutes (in an empty branch) for 2 pizzas is terrible and crazy. ... Especially after the information that everything will be in 10 minutes from payment!
During the wait, after 20 minutes, we received attention in addition to an apology, in the form of 1 extra drink, at least something, thanks.
The pizza was delicious.
But what is absolutely incomprehensible and disgusting to me is that after walking through the branch while making buns of dough, the worker gets up and sits down with her colleague next to the front door and smokes one there. Well, maybe your hands with your nails then, those 2 minutes that weren't seen in the background, really rubbed ... First, go smoke at least around the corner and you could make the dough with gloves too! When you still use them when working with the dough before decorating it with ingredients ....
