V	Velký Kalič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší obsluha co jsem kdy viděl, 3 hodiny do zavíračky a nikdo se neobtezuje zvednout mobil a dokonce vytípnou. Kvalita pizzi obrovské zhoršení jednou spálená pak zase nedopečená a nebo úplně jiná pizza než byla objednána. Chtělo by to vyměnit personál protože jde vidět že jsou totálně líní a absolutně je ta práce nebaví a nemají zájem vydělat peníze. The worst service I've ever seen, 3 hours until the shutter and no one bothers to pick up the cell phone and they even hiss. The quality of the pizza is a huge deterioration once burned then unbaked or a completely different pizza than ordered. It would like to change the staff because you can see that they are totally lazy and absolutely not happy about the job and are not interested in making money.

Jinak pizza vyloženě špatná nebyla. Nenadchne ani neurazí. The most unpleasant service I have ever experienced. Better hungry than pizza from here. If the owner employs decent people, I believe that sales will double over time. Otherwise, the pizza wasn't really bad. It doesn't inspire or offend.

Otevřeno do 21:00, v 18:00 se dozvím, že mají rozvozy už "nabouchaný" a stopro mi nic nedovezou, ale mám si pro ni přijet. Nevím, zda se jedná o stejnou zaměstnankyni, ale už cca rok zpátky jsem chtěla objednávku ihned zrušit po jejím chování po telefonu. Naprostá katastrofa, tato zaměstnankyně si očividně neváží ani práce, ani hostů. Nad další objednávkou budu hodně váhat. Pizza is good, but the lady on the phone has been really uncomfortable for a long time. Open until 21:00, at 18:00 I will find out that the deliveries are already "busy" and the stop will not bring me anything, but I have to come for it. I don't know if she is the same employee, but about a year ago I wanted to cancel the order immediately after her behavior over the phone. A complete disaster, this employee obviously values neither work nor guests. I will be very hesitant about the next order.

Slightly undercooked but toppings were perfect , not too much or too little! Syr pizza was excellent, pica picantny pizza was great . Both needed another 30 sec in the oven . Friendly driver , greeting and being polite . I move my 3 stars back to 5 . Good job . UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM! ----Absolutely fantastic ! I've been a chef in 3 countries in 10 years ! Take my word ! This pizza is the best you will find in VYSOCINA! 100% Plus that the staff was very helpful and listened to my specific indications ! Good Job !----- 17 03 2020 - Today I have re-visited the shop . Different staff on shift ! Less pleasant people, less helpful , less energetic , less communicative . Asked for exactly same pizzas like always plus one little specification like always . Pizzas were not cooked enough , there was a huge difference in the quality of ensemble and cooking of the pizza . The cheese was less then the minimum acceptable. And the worst is that my little specification wasn't followed . Disappointing today . Will revisit soon , the other shift its much much better then the one I've encountered tonight . They should learn something from the lady and the young man from the other shift!!
