★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc ráda tam chodím. Příjemné posezení, milá obsluha, vynikající jídlo. Kdo se nebojí něčeho jiného než 4 druhy sýra si taky najde své! Doporučuji zkusit Anglána s brusinkami! (My na to ještě přidáváme ananas viz fotka) Na jídlo si člověk počká přímo v restauraci kolem těch 30-45 minut ale stojí za to si počkat. S rozvozem moc zkušeností nemám.
I love going there. Pleasant sitting, nice service, delicious food. Who is not afraid of something other than 4 kinds of cheese will also find its own! I recommend trying English with cranberries! (We add pineapple to it, see photo) You can wait for food in the restaurant around 30-45 minutes but it is worth to wait. I don't have much experience with the distribution.

The pizzeria was closed, rather focused on. The next day we ordered the import. It took quite a while, the pizza was rather average.

Objednáno v 17 hod., doručení mělo být do hodiny a půl, ani o 2 hodiny později žádná informace ani dodání objednávky. Preventivně nebrali ani telefon !! Po volání z jiného čísla informace ze za chvíli dorazí ! S chvíle se stalo dalších 40 min ! Ani omluva,ani kompenzace, nemluvě o tom že byla středa.
Navíc personal by zasloužil školení v přístupu k zákazníkům !
Incredible behavior and approach to the customer.
Ordered at 5 pm, delivery should be within an hour and a half, or 2 hours later no information or delivery of the order. They didn't even take the phone preventively !! After calling from another number, the information will arrive shortly! Another 40 minutes happened! Neither apology nor compensation, let alone Wednesday.
In addition, the staff would deserve training in approaching customers!

Your web site expressly states delivery to the door!
End result your driver took his pizzas back and you will not receive any more delivery orders from this address.
Terrible customer service and not a recommendation to use you again!
Sadly there is no option for zero stars!
